Chapter 9

When Shen wei came back to his mansion after he dropped Yunlan, he met Chu at the door "Boss" he bowed low with respect.

"Ahh ... Chu, how is your mate. Did you finally accept him as your mate too?"

"Yes Boss, Guo is my mate-to-be and I have started to court him openly" said Chu.

"That is good news Chu, we both finally got our mates. Even though we are together for 3 years now, you are most trusted friend I have near me and I am very happy for you" Shen wei smiled.

Chu nodded "I need to report some misgivings"

"Alright meet me in my study". Shen wei went to his room and freshened up.

"So tell me what is it you want to report to me Chu" Shen wei asked.

"The Sakazaki group are invading our area and kidnapping young girls or boys of same age. Our people went to confront them but were sent back beaten bloodily. They said when they went to talk to them, they would put up these young people in front of them and beat them up. If resisted, they will hurt the young people. So they could not fight back for the kids safety" Chu reported.

Shen wei nodded "I want to meet our people who went to confront Sakazaki"

Chu nodded "They are in the infirmary recovering"

Shen wei opened the infirmary room and saw nearly 10 people all surrounded with bandages, some had fractures "So doctor what is the medical report"

"Master, our men were beaten badly some has broken legs and hands. Fractured skull, they were hit by blunt weapons. It was life threatening".

Shen wei nodded and his gaze fell upon a man lying on the bed looking like a mummy "Why is this one fully hurt than the others".

"Boss" called one of the injured man. Shen wei turned around and looked at the person, he had a cast on his right leg and he was limping towards him.

"This is Sante, the people of Sakazaki targeted him because he faught them back when they insulted you. They hit him continuously until he fell unconscious".

"I am happy to know Sante fought for me, also happy to know you people did not fight them. I did not come here to criticize you all for not fighting back. I wanted to see the damage Sakazaki's men made so that I can give them back 10 fold. Anyways who was the one attacked Sante?"

"Boss, It was Manny Sakazaki's henchman".

Shen wei nodded and asked them to recover fast as he needs them. Everyone enthusiastically agreed. Shen wei went into his study and walked towards the window watching the sunset.

"Chu bring out my gear we are going hunting"

Chu smirked he loved it when his boss turns into a deadly person. One thing our boss hates is hurting any of his people. Even though we are a mafia, we treat all the people here as a family. All are equal to us and is respected. That is the reason we do not have traitors because they work for us to gain our Boss faith.

Shen wei wore all black with tight fitting his body showing off his muscles. Black is a perfect color for blending into darkness of the night. It will help you evade detection while infiltrate enemy facilities. He also had weight tested carabinar clips on his waist which will help him climb buildings with hooks along with all the necessary utility weapons.

He covered only his eyes with a eye mask to cover his identity while on an operation. He looked at Chu and nodded as they both got ready, they jumped out the study room window and disappeared in the darkness.
Both Shen wei and Chu reached the enemy facility stealthily. They masked their scents so that no one can smell their scents. There was two passageway, Shen wei hand signalled Chu to take another path. He nodded and left towards another end. Shen wei tiptoed and reached a room. He slowly pried it open and peered inside. He saw Sakazaki slumbering naked.

Shen wei smirked, he could easily kill Sakazaki seeing his weak defense but he did not come for Sakazaki, but he is looking for Manny his henchman. It would be fun to know Sakazaki reaction next day to know his henchman is no more.

Shen wei passed many rooms peering inside and not finding anyone. At the end of the hallway he heard some people chattering, the light was on and he could hear laughing.
He was shocked at what he saw, there was a guy in just his underwear sitting in the center and is surrounded by the thugs who are throwing money on him and laughing. The poor boy was back hand tied and was crying. He also saw another girl in just her inner wears.

He needed to save these kids they all looked like his mate's age and that made him flare in anger more thinking about his mate being in the same situation. There were 5 people, among them is Manny. He got to know this as one of them called his name loud. He could easily kill them but there should no sound coming out off them when he kills them. He needed to swift and fast.
Suddenly in a blur he killed all 5 people by cutting their necks. They were so shocked that they could not scream as they choked on their own blood. The kids were terrified seeing the scene in front of them and screamed.

"Shit he forgot about the kids screaming". He needed to get them out and right now He cannot wait for Chu.

"Shhh...calm down...dont scream. I came here to save you guys. Your scream has woken up many people we need to get out right now before we get caught. Come on get up and follow me"

The kids were scared and terrified they silently followed Shen wei. They were able to evade some people and safely get out of the enemy territory. When they reached a safe distance Shen wei removed his robe and gave it to the girl to cover herself "Are you kids okay?". They nodded in response too scared to speak.

Just then they heard a rustle behind them and the kids stiffened at the noise "Don't be scared that's my friend" the kids relaxed.

Chu came out of the bushes with 5 more kids striding behind him. Seeing the kids with Shen wei Chu removed his outer robe and gave it to the boy "It's late at night, we will not be able to drop you guys home. Why don't you come to my home and sleep for the night next morning we promise to drop you to your houses" smiling sweetly.

The kids looked at each other contemplating weather to trust them enough to go to their home or not, when one of the kid spoke "I think we can trust them, One - they saved us from that hell hole second - if they wanted to kidnap us too they would have taken us roughly but here they are asking for our permission". They nodded trusting the kids words.

Shen wei was amazed by this kid "Hey kid you are smart, what is your name?"

"My name is Suo and thank you for saving us"

"You are welcome Suo, now kids let's go to my place"

Shen wei and Chu guided the kids and took them to his mansion. They were amazed to see such a beautiful house as a palace. Shen wei asked the maid to provide proper clothing for these kids and a meal. The maid bowed and left to work.

"Kids, the maid will show you to your rooms and provide a meal. Eat and sleep we will take you to your house first thing in the morning"

Shen wei asked Chu to take care of the kids and walked towards his bedroom for a rest after a long night. He needed to meet his kitten tomorrow, he could not wait.

As the maids helped the kids with a meal, Suo asked the maid "who is the person who saved us"

"You do not know? He is master Shen wei, the heir to the Shen family".

The kids were shocked "Shen wei the mafia Boss, the dragon. Oh my god!"

All were shocked to discover their saviors identity, but Suo was more than happy to know his saviors identity "Shen wei huh...beautiful name for a beautiful man. I heard he did not find his mate yet. Well I can help him there". Suo smirked.
