Chapter 19

The gang woke up the next morning to the song of birds chirping, trees rustling, and beams of sunlight gleaming through the dark, enormous cave. Well, all but Winger. He was still asleep on the cold cave floor.

"Goooooood morning everyone!" Dak said as he made his somewhat dramatic entrance from the opening of the cave, sliding in on his knees. "I have breakfast!"

Everyone sprang up and rushed over to the mouth of the cave to see what was on the menu.
In Dak's hands lay a big leaf holding berries, nuts, seeds, and fruits.

"Oh, come on Dak. If you're going to give us food, at least make it edible!"
Aggro stated as she started walking away and grumbling towards the inner parts of the cave where they slept.

"Oh right, I forgot!"

Dak exited the cave. Every dragon but Aggro stood there awaiting his return, but Aggro kept on walking. Then they saw Dak. He was holding a gigantic leaf filled with something.

Aggro stopped and sharply turned her head around and sniffed the air.

"Is that-"

"FISH!!!" the dragons roared in unison.

They dashed for the leaf that Dak set gently on the floor of the cave. He quickly stepped aside so he didn't get trampled upon.
Just before they gobbled up the food, a power blast came from behind them.

"Have you no respect? Know ye not the king eats first?"

It was Winger.

"Wing!"

Dak ran over to Winger and wrapped his arms around him. The next thing he knew, it was a group hug.

"How're you feeling?"

"Better than before"

"Well since we're done with this 'reunion'..." Cutter said already turning his head to the fish

"Oh no you don't" Winger said. "Aggro!"

"I'm on it"

Aggro pounced on Cutter, pinning him to the ground just before he could get to the fish.

"And when I say 'it', i mean you."

Winger gathered all of his strength and strutted towards the fish. In a couple of seconds he sank his teeth into the raw, juicy Grouper.

When Winger was done eating, Aggro jumped off of Cutter.

"Thank you my royal servant." Winger said lifting his head high with a grin on his face.

"It is with great honour that I serve thee, your majesty." She said with a slight curtsy at Winger, and a small giggle.

"This is thine reward faithful servant."
He flung her five fish.

"Thank you your honour"
They tried to stifle a laugh, but they ended up bursting into a laughing fit with tears of laughter streaming down their faces.

Burple who was just confused at the whole situation said,
"Soooo basically, he said thank you and you said your welcome?"

Then, everyone broke out into laughter.

"Don't worry, I left fish for everyone." Winger said moving away from the fish."Dig in!"

The rest of the dragons made a dash for the fish. Cutter was going so fast that he ran over Crystal's talons and tripped her, with her tail over her snout.
Winger ran over to Crystal to help her
Up, when he saw a symbol on her tail.
