Zak and Darryl were best friends.

Only miss the sun when it starts to snow

They were inseparable.

They swore that they'd be together forever.

Only know you've been high when you're feeling low

But then something happened.

Only hate the road when you're missing home

Darryl found new friends.

Only know you love him when you let him go

And left Zak behind.

And you let him go

Staring at the bottom of your glass

Zak sighed, doing his mundane tasks on the server. It was boring without Bad.

Hoping one day you'll make a Dream last

Sure, he had several good friends, such as Mega, Jacob, and Spifey, but none of them were as close to him as Bad was.

But dreams come slow, and they go so fast

He thought about all the adventures the two had. Sure, they fought often, usually about random shit that didn't even matter in the end, but they knew that even through all the petty little fights, they were still inseparable.

You see him when you close your eyes

"Hey, he'll come back," Jacob said, comforting Zak. "I'm sure of it."

Maybe one day you'll understand why

"I know, it's just.....boring, without him." Zak said, wiping away stray tears that somehow broke loose. "We're two halves of a whole, so without one, you don't have the other. Not really, anyways."
