The lights around the house were all on, windows closed and double checked along with the door locked. Greenery stood over the stove where she was frying an egg not hungry even in the slightest but Sebastian who sat on the kitchen island in her big, purple gown, had insisted. The tension filled the air, Greenery waiting for him to drop the ball and ask what the hell was happening. She did not know if she could tell him, did not even know where she would start even if she wanted. He already felt pity for her and she did not want to add on that, she did not want for him to look at her differently, she could not take that. In his hands was a cup of hot tea where he tried to get warm yet the cold had stuck and seeped in his skin leaving him freezing at this point. The eggs were done and Greenery placed them on two plates along with a slice each as there was no more bread. She placed his plate in front of him, ashamed to even be putting such a plate in front of him after he had helped her in such a way yet fully cooking would just take too much time and she was drained and tired.

"Thank you." Sebastian said as he grabbed his plate, his eyes looking up at her. His worry was apparent, stealing glances when he thought she wasn't looking yet she saw it all. Her heart warmed, he truly was a good guy and she owed him a lot.

The loud sound of a phone went tearing through the silence having her jump. Her heart went frantic yet she calmed down having realized it was her phone. She slipped it out quickly answering having seen who it was.

"Hey Suzzie, sorry, I won't be able to come in today, I am so sorry there was a family emergency and had to run." She paused, taking a deep breath.

"Yeah, thank you Suzzie, have a great night." She said to the phone then lowered her hand and slipped the phone in her sleeping pants.

"Work," She said to Sabastian not even knowing why she did that yet he nodded.

They ate in awkward silence, so much having to be said yet no one knew where to start. They ate, looking up at the other now and again. The house was quiet with the only sound from the heavy rain, the cold was felt by both which is why they ate up quickly and went washing the dishes. Sabastian could not help but feel uncomfortable at staying all night with her. Her father could walk in anytime and it was just disrespectful for him to be here without permission yet leaving Greenery alone here was something he would not do so he sucked it up.
Sebastian looked around the house, the furniture looking so old and falling off with only that was needed there with no decorations or what. It was lonely and cold having him take a deep breath but at least Greenery's room was nice and cosy. He trailed off to stare at her as she moved packing the dishes which had just been washed. Her complexion was coming back along with her weight yet her collar bones were still poking out yet she looked less like a ghost. Her face was haunted, her shoulders weighing down as if heavy. She looked like she carried the weight of the world and he knew this was not about those boys but about something else, something bigger. He bit the inner part of his cheek thinking of if he should ask but deciding against it, she would tell him when she wanted and all he could do was just be there for her at this point.

"Done," Greenery said, turning around with her hands fumbling with each other.

"Okay," Sebastian answered as he slipped from the chair he sat on with her walking until she was next to him. They walked in silence, her head cast down having him want so bad to just slip his finger underneath her chin and raise her head up.

"Shouldn't we switch off the lights?" He asked as Greenery's head shot up so fast before she shook it no then went staring down again. Her hands were shaking with him not knowing if it was nerves or fear because lord he had seen her face when he had arrived and he had never seen someone so scared in his life.

They made it into her room, him locking the door behind and not missing Green's eyes as she made sure he was indeed locking it. They walked off with him following not knowing what to do with himself. Lord he was helpless as fuck and felt like a chicken. Sebastian's eyes scanned the room seeing how there was no couch so he would be sleeping on the floor which just already had his back aching, none the less he moved, taking a seat at the chair behind her study desk. His eyes went over the stationery neatly placed there, there were no pictures in the room and seriously he did not expect her room to be this....busy, he had made her to be the simple type of girl. His eyes took her in as she went to the bathroom in her sleeping pants and long sleeved top. She brushed her teeth, the door open with her eyes flickering to him now and again.

"Uhm, I have an extra toothbrush," She said holding the wrapped up toothbrush for him. Sebastian stood up, making his way to the bathroom where she stood waiting with the toothpaste for him. It was kind of crazy for both of them and they could not help but be nervous. Greenery couldn't keep her heart as she squeezed the toothpaste on the toothbrush he held. Her eyes went over to the gown he wore having a smile tug at the corner of her mouth. It was so funny and she wished she could take a picture. They brushed their teeth together, something that had Greenery nearly do a happy dance, I mean, she was brushing her teeth with Sebastian Black, if that was not mind blowing she did not know what was. They brushed with the other stealing glances from the other, looking so cute to be exact. After that Greenery walked out with Sebastian behind her, he switched off the light and closed the door. Awkwardness fell on them as they both shifted on their feet not knowing what to do or say, the weather was getting worse outside and the tiredness on both of them settled yet they both had a lot of work to do.

"I will just sit here." Greenery said as she quickly grabbed her books and stationary, placing it on the bed and sitting there, she pulled the fleece over her and crossed her legs as if she was meditating then pulled her books closer. There was so much to do not knowing where to start. Sebastian grabbed his bag, taking out his laptop, notebook where he wrote all his notes and a single pen that being all he carried to school every day.

"Do you want a blanket?" Greenery asked with Sebastian thinking it over, he was already wearing a purple robe now imagine him also snuggled in a purple blanket. He swallowed, the cold there and having no mercy on anyone so he found himself agreeing.

"Yeah, thanks." He said back.

"Please grab it from the closet." She said pointing as he went grabbing the big fluffy blanket and to his relief it was black. He took it and went back to his desk. He switched on his laptop, hearing her flip pages. He did his work better with music yet he could not just put earphones with her there so he found himself reading the same paragraph over and over again with no success. Shaking his head, he gave up going to his trading account and doing that for a time, it kept him busy, buying and selling, having recently got into trading minerals. It was crazy and it needed a lot of time which is why he slept less than four hours every day balancing school and work which was starting to suffocate him, he was in over his head and he knew it especially with the new fitness company he started where he sold his own shakes, training gear, opened a gym and more. It was something they had not had in the two towns so he had confidence it would pick up.

Greenery on the other side was full on doing school work, she was writing, calculating, drawing graphs and all that. She was in the zone, flipping pages now and again, head bent down with her hand moving so fast against the paper, and it was enticing. Sebastian found himself watching her, it was so captivating. She bit the pen, flicking it in her hand after as she read something then she went writing seeming so relaxed as if she was doing something she liked.

"What are you writing?" He could not help asking wanting to know what had her so fired up. She looked up, the pen in between her teeth, looking so cute. He was sure she had even forgotten he had been there.

"Uhm...Calculus, deriving a curve, inflation points and all that until you come up with a curve." She said blushing and looking away from him. He could not help but smile.

"So you like math and all that?" He asked, fascinated by her and loving how she always blushed when he was staring at her, how red she turned.

"Not really, I just like when you calculate something and it comes out just perfectly, like when you do statements in account and they balance, it's a good feeling." She said with him nodding his head, he knew that feeling  even though it rarely happened to him as math always kicked his ass but now and again after trying and trying he would get it right and it would be pure bliss.

"What do you want to do?" He asked hoping it was something they offered in the college because suddenly he was imagining her walking through the halls and he would be next to her talking about something.

Sebastian blinked, shaking his head not knowing what the hell was happening to him. He cleared his throat staring at her as she smiled, seeming in thought.

"I don't know I love accounting but I feel like everyone is doing it, so I am thinking of going for engineering, be a plane mechanic or something." She said laughing as Sebastian joined in, he definitely did not see her covered in oil with a spanner in hand.

"Have you even been under a car?" He asked with her laughing and shaking her head.

"I will learn, how hard could it be, or I could do medicine and be a specialized doctor, maybe a brain surgeon." Greenery said biting on her pen. She really did not have a clue on what to do and lucky for her the subjects she did allowed her to pick any field which was so good.

"Yeah, you would have to study for years and years but I am sure you can do it." He said to her, she was smart and could be anything she wanted. The world was the limit.

"What are you studying?" She asked seeing him as a business kind of guy, he was business oriented and it seemed to work for him and she could not help but be happy and be proud of him.

"Commerce and I am just barely surviving yet I am holding on and pushing." He said giving her a smile which she gave back. She knew Sebastian was not smart yet he was a hustler and a hustler never gives up so even with all the repeated grades he still pushed on and now he was in college.

"You are a fighter, you will bulldoze your way out of there with your degree, just hold on." She said as they booth laughed, he would bulldoze his way out no matter what.

"Thank you, now don't let me disturb you." He said as she smiled, giving him one last look before going back to drawing her positively sloping graph.
