It was a week later.

Time slowly passed but it was a week later. In that week many incidents took place. Harry, Ron, Hermione and I kind of took down a troll. Ignore the fact I was knocked unconscious through half of it. I then spent two days in the hospital wing, during that time Gryffindor had a quidditch match with Slytherin. I was quite upset to hear that i missed Harry's legendary mouth catch.

I was in Charms class when McGonagall came to the door.

"Ms. Sparks, Professor Dumbledore would like to see you." She nodded at Professor Flitwick.

I gathered my books and smiled awkwardly as I walked past McGonagall.

I started walking but when I came to a hallway I realized I didn't know the way. I am such an idiot. I looked around for McGonagall, but she was long gone. I continued wandering through the halls looking for something I recognized.

"Stop walking." A stern voice behind me commanded.

My heart sank. I knew that voice. I slowly turned around to face Professor Snape.

"Good afternoon Professor Snape." I said nonchalantly.

"Now, what might you be doing.. Wandering the halls..."

"Looking for Professor Dumbledore's office sir."

"Two lefts, a right.. Then another left... Don't let me catch you wandering the halls again. I won't be as nice." With that he stalked away.

I let out a breath I hadn't realized I was holding. "Two lefts, one right, and another left." I murmured Snaps directions under my breath.

Soon enough I found myself standing beneath the doors to the headmaster's tower. I slowly walked up the steps. I wasn't too nervous. I knew what it was going to be.

I knocked on the door to his office and immediately I heard Dumbledore say come in.

I opened the door to Dumbledore standing, facing a window.

"Ah, Ms. Sparks.. I was wondering when you would get here." He turned around.

"Sorry Professor. I may have gotten lost."

"Hogwarts is a large castle isn't it." Dumbledore chuckled.

"So... What brings me to your office?"

He paused and looked at me. "I assume you already know what we are going to do with your house dilemma?"

"Yes sir."

"Good. Although, we decided it would be best for you to spend three weeks in each house."

"Oh really?"

"It seems the change had something to do with an incident that took place during flying lessons?"

My cheeks reddened. "You know about that?"

"Not all of it. Just some parts. I'll just ignore it this time." He walked towards a large bookshelf. "Starting tomorrow you will be moving into and being with all the Ravenclaws for three weeks."

I couldn't believe it. My new house. Well.. Temporarily... Maybe..

"Thank you Professor!" My smile was taking up my entire face.

"Now, go back to class. You don't want to miss your lesson do you?"

I smiled and quickly exited the headmaster's office. I could hardly contain my excitement. I ran all the way back to Charms class eagerly awaiting to tell Hermione. Then, the bell rang.

I watched the students pile out of the classroom. One by one each person left until I spotted Hermione.

"Mione!!" I yelled

She looked up startled. "Aph! What'd Dumbledore say"

"I'm spending 3 weeks as a Ravenclaw!!" I excitedly jumped up and down.

"I'm so excited for when you're a Gryffindor." She laughed.

"Same. You have no idea."

"Aph stop standing around and go find your prefect" She pointed at a boy who was walking alone.

"He's the Ravenclaw Prefect?" I looked at him.

"Yes. Now go."

I quickly walked towards him until I was right next to him.

"Hi! You're a Ravenclaw prefect right?" I smiled at him.

"Yeah. I'm Prefect Robert Hilliard. And you are Aphrodite Sparks I'm assuming." He stopped walking.

"Yep! That's me. I'm not sure if Dumbledore told you.." I paused waiting for a hint of recognition.

"Oh! Right! You're our new Ravenclaw. Delighted to have you in our House." He smiled. "This way to the common room."

I followed him until we reached the common room.

"The password isn't necessarily a word, but a conundrum."

Which came first? The Phoenix or the flame?

Robert looked at me. "Go on. Answer it."

I looked uncertainly at the painting in front of me. "Uh.. Well.. It's a circle. Circle's don't have beginnings."

The door swung open.

"Good job. The first years don't usually get it." He walked inside.

I followed him and looked around in utter awe. It was beautiful. Everything was some shade of blue.

"It's stunning." I breathed
