"THERE'LL BE A DRIZZLE OUT THERE SOMEDAY!"
AS EVERYONE HAD GUESSED, HAVING MR SCHUE AND COACH SYLVESTER WORKING TOGETHER WAS A HORRIBLE IDEA. Pouting, Katy laid her head against Matt's shoulder as they started bickering once again, "ugh. I have a headache." She groaned, "if I hear Mr Schue complain once more I might just start crying."
"Please don't cry." Matt laughed under his breathe, running his hands through her hair.
Mr Schue had reluctantly agreed to create two different show choirs which would each perform a song at regionals. Of course, Sue had chosen heads and the coin had landed in her favour, allowing her to choose the kids she wanted, "when you hear your name, cross over to my side of the black shiny thing."
"The piano?" Katy questioned, before she could stop herself, blushing as Sue whipped her head around to look her way, "yes, Elmo, the piano."
Turning to Matt as he gave her a look of confusion, she shrugged slightly, "I like the piano."
"Santana! Wheels! Gay Kid! Asian! Other Asian! Aretha! Shaft!" Sue announced, causing the minority students to move behind the piano.
Dramatically, Katy and Mike held their hands out towards each other, until Sue promptly pushed his hand down to his side once again.
"See Will? I don't want to be part of a group that ignores the needs of minority student." Sue told him, with a wicked grin on her face as he quickly defended himself.
Leaving the room was awkward as the bell rang. Slipping past the two feuding teachers, quietly, Katy took her usual position between Matt and Mike, not expecting for this to be deemed as unacceptable and for Sue to hold her back slightly so she was walking with Finn and Quinn instead.
☆
KATY ALWAYS LOOKED FORWARD TO SPANISH CLASS WHERE SHE GOT TO SIT IN BETWEEN QUINN AND FINN. Today, Mr Schue had given them a test to do and it was all going smoothly until Finn poked a note across the table, a giddy smile on his face.
