"Wait wait wait ,all of you guys know him?" Carol asked very surprised
"Not all of us, I don't know him" Casey protested
"Neither do I" said Jessica
"I can't say I know him since I did not get his name" said Don
"I don't" said Gerald
"I bumped into him on the highway from West ridge after the murder of that girl and her boyfriend, he was increasing and reducing speed in front of me. Each time I tried to overtake him he would go to the side which I wanted to pass through so I pulled him over and he told me he was suffering from migraine" said Johnny
"Nicest person you ever talked to right?" said Richard
"Exactly and very soft spoken" added Fitz
"So were this encounters just a coincidence or ?" asked Carol
"They were not coincidences, he was the one who approached me at the park last weekend" Fitz said
"Damn it, this means there is more to these murders than we thought" Gerald said
"Meaning the people he approached play a part in his overall plan" said Casey
"How could I not remember him I bumped into him when the smoke crisis occurred" Johnny complained rubbing his forehead
"There was too much chaos for you to even think about it, its not your fault" Gerald assured his partner
"So what does this mean?" Casey asked
"It gives us a heads up he doesn't know we know who he is so its an added advantage" said Don
"So what now?" asked Jessica
"We look for the places he is going to hit next, its been a while since he killed" Gerald said
"Oh wow I guess he just gave Shilow seeping powder and she drifted off to dream land" commented Jessica sarcastically
"Shilow was an unlucky individual she only died because he needed to cover up his tracks not because she was on his list. If she had been on his list she would have died long back" Gerald defended his point and Jessica nodded in agreement "now that's solved look at the map" he lay the map on the table and began to explain to the team how they were going to go about this.
"So we are going to each stalk the areas he is most likely going to attack next" Johnny suggested
"How would we know the exact house he'll go for what makes you so sure its going to be a house he is going to hit?" asked Casey
"Exactly that is why we are not going to be stalking houses, tell me of a place whereby it is impossible to commit a crime without being caught on camera?" Johnny asked
"Fuel stations" replied Casey
"Exactly, that's where he is going to hit next" replied John
"What makes you say that its not like you work with him or something" said Sanchez
"What is going to make him hit a fuel station?" asked Don
"Today's one o'clock news" confidently replied Johnny "see the attack on the station yesterday was demonstration of power, he was just trying to show us that he is so good that he can kill someone right in front of our eyes and we won't even see him coming" he cleared his throat "so we have to make him want to prove himself by praising then mocking him on the one o'clock news, it'll enrage him and force him to re demonstrate his power" he concluded
