"Don't worry. Everything's going to change."
One of the people said, I laid back and closed my eyes, I Newt and Thomas both grabbed my hands, that was akward.
"Where are they taking us?" I asked, even though it was obvious.
"The scorch. Hope you like hot weather."
Minho said,
"But don't worry, we'll be with you all the way." Newt said,
"Yea, we'll die to get you all safe if we have too." Thomas replied,
Newt was a lot better at cheering me up than Thomas.
"Thomas what's the flare?" He sighed,
"You'll find out."
I looked out the window, the whole maze was there. It was huge, I couldn't help but cry. My friends were back there, well some of them.
"Are we going to get to your village though?"
Thomas nodded.
"I promise."
I looked out the window again. Thomas made a promise to keep us safe, it's my turn to make a promise.
I promise, I'll get everyone out of here alive, I promise to be selfless, I promise to be brave,
I promise to take WICKED down.
