Sasuke x Reader x Sarada (Village is under attack)

(a/n: I'm not really good in creating fighting scenes but I tried my best...)

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

"Sarada please stop crying, I don't know what else you want." I said rocking my 8-month old daughter, Sarada on my arms, at this point I also just want to cry. It was already 2 am and Sarada wasn't settling down, I tried everything that I can, I gave her milk, I carried her and bounced her around, I even tried playing a song because I read at a book that it helps babies to calm down but nothing worked. Sarada was still crying, I was tired and I needed sleep.

I wanted Sasuke to be here but right after the village was attacked, he immediately left the village to find some traces of the enemies and I couldn't complain because I knew this was how our life was going to be when I married him. It was already 5 am when I got Sarada to settle down, we were both in the living room and I was too tired to carry her to her bedroom so I put her down on her cradle, I dropped on the couch and closed my eyes to get some sleep, then the doorbell rang. I ignored it, hoping that the person would leave, but the doorbell rang again.

I groaned and got out of the couch, "What could possibly be so important that someone would show up at my house this early?" I whispered to myself. I opened the door, and Shikamaru was standing right in front of my doorstep with a worried expression on his face.
"(Y/N)-chan, the village is under attack again. I came as fast as I could we need to get you and Sarada to safety." He said, suddenly I felt like I wasn't tired anymore.
"Under attack? What about Sasuke?" I asked and Shikamaru shot me nervous look, he was  hiding something from me. 

"Shikamaru, what about Sasuke?" I repeated myself, my heart beating so fast, trying not to think about the worse case possible.
"(Y/N)-chan, we haven't heard from Sasuke for a while now, Lord Seventh decided to not tell you, he doesn't want you to worry because he knows if you found out you would try to leave the village to find him, and Sarada needs you here." Shikamaru explained.

I clenched my fist, "Of course I would get worried, he's my husband and the father of my child! How could Naruto hide things like this from me?! Please tell me that you at least sent someone to look for him?" I said, what if Sasuke was badly injured somewhere, or was captured by the enemy, or worst he's dead. There was a loud explosion waking up Sarada and she started crying, "We did, but no one came back yet. Now is not the time to discuss this (Y/N)-chan we need to get you to safety!" Shikamaru said.

Shikamaru was right we had to get to safety now, I quickly grabbed Sarada and handed her to him before he could say anything I ran towards the bedroom and quickly changed into my ninja gear.
"I'm fighting to protect this village too. Maybe the enemy knows where Sasuke is, so please don't try to stop me." I said, and he nodded, I grabbed Sarada from Shikamaru, carried her in my arms and we both ran towards the evacuation center Hinata and her children were already there.

"(Y/N)-chan! You're safe!" Hinata said there was relief on her face.
"Hinata-chan, will you please take care of Sarada for me?" I asked, she instantly knew the reason why I wanted to fight, and she didn't argue instead she grabbed Sarada from my arms.
"(Y/N)-chan, Sasuke-kun's alive don't worry. Like Naruto-kun said he wouldn't go down without a fight." Hinata said, somehow it made me feel a little bit of comfort.
"Thank you Hinata-chan. Now you guys be safe." I said and gave her a hug before leaving with Shikamaru.

Me and Shikamaru ran through where the explosion was leaping through the buildings and houses. I knew that Sasuke wasn't dead, I could feel it, I just don't know if he was badly injured, but I promise that I will find him, and bring Sarada's father back.
"Are they back?" I asked and Shikamaru nodded.
"This time there's three of them, we don't know the abilities of the other two but the one called Momoshiki can absorb jutsu and use it against you." Shikamaru said, both of us running as fast as we could towards the explosion.
