Sasuke x Reader (Affair pt2)

MERRY CHRISTMAS!! (well it's not christmas yet but whatever I wanted to update)

I know from my last Sasuke one shot I mentioned that I wasn't going to add another one till next year but think of this as my Christmas present to Reader-chan.

This is a part 2 of Sasuke x Reader (Lemon + Affair). I wasn't meant to make a part 2 but since I'm feeling generous and it's highly requested and I kinda left you guys hanging I made one.

Third Person's P.O.V.

"Ahhh, fuck!" (Y/N) hissed in pain clutching her shoulders. She locked herself in the bathroom and let the cold water run through her cut to wash out the dried blood.

She reached for the first aid kit the inn keeper handed her and pulled out a set of bandages and a disinfectant. The cut on her shoulder was minor but it was burning because the kunai that hit her was laced with poison. To get rid of the poison she had to cut the wound bigger and let it bleed.

There was a knock on the door making her glare towards the direction "Go away Sasuke." she yelled angrily.
"(Y/N) can you stop being so god damn stubborn and let me just help you?" Sasuke said and banged on the door impatiently.

"I don't need your help!" She groaned as she poured disinfectant on her wound.
"It's either you open the door or I'll just have to force my way in there." Sasuke said and banged at the door once more but she ignored him.

Two years has passed since the night Sasuke found out his wife was pregnant. Since that night they never crossed paths again because when (Y/N) found out that Sakura was pregnant from Ino she decided to avoid him at all costs.

It was their first time seeing each other again after two years. (Y/N) was sent on a top secret mission by Naruto out of the village to pick up a scroll from a shinobi that had intel about their enemies and little did she know this shinobi she was meeting was Sasuke Uchiha.

Everything was going smoothly until they were at their meeting place, were they got ambushed and they barely made it out alive. They still had the scroll but the enemies where tracking them and to hide from them they stopped at the nearest inn and it turns out that the inn only had one room so they had to share it.

Talk about bad luck, right?

Sasuke kicked the door open and there he saw (Y/N) with a bloody shoulder, sitting by the tub, shirtless wearing only a bra, her shirt soaked in blood was lying in the bathroom floor, hissing in pain as she tried to bandage herself up with one arm.

Knowing Sasuke, (Y/N) knew he would eventually kick the door down so she wasn't really surprised but she flinched when the door fell on the ground. She continued ignoring him and avoiding his gaze afraid that if she take a look at his face, her feelings from the past would come back all over again.

Sasuke didn't say anything but he eyed her from head to toe before snatching the bandage from her to wrap her wound up. (Y/N) couldn't do anything but clench her teeth while trying to bear the pain.

Sasuke's fingers gently caressed her skin sending shivers down her spine and it amused him seeing how her body still reacts like this to his touches after all these years. He eyed her once again starting from her head then down to her neck, then her chest, her stomach, her legs, then back to her neck again making him tense.

Sasuke's eyebrows furrowed when his eyes landed on her neck, she was wearing a necklace that had a ring as a pendant.

"So it's true." he broke the silence between them.
"What is?" (Y/N) asked still avoiding looking at him.
