Sick day

JJ Pov

I wake up as soon as my alarm sounds at 7:00am, I shut it up, grab my clothes that I picked the night before and head to the bathdroom to take a shower and freshen up a little bit before going to the seminar

When I finish the shower, I put on my clothes and exit the room, that's when I se that Emily is still in bed and hasn't moved her position since the alarm sounded 30 minutes ago

"Em, darling you have to wake up and get into the shower, it will make the cramps a little more bearable" I said as I sit in the bed next to her

She curled more into me and put her head in my lap

"I don't feel very well jayje" she mutters

That's all I hear before checking her forehead

She is burning up shit, I got to my suitcase where I always pack my first aid kit and got my thermometer

I hand it to her and she puts it in her mouth, we wait a few minutes until it beeps, she hands it to me and it show that she has 100.4°F, no wonder she fells like shit.

"Darling you have a very high fever, I'm going to call Hotch, don't move okay" I say softly

" Wasn't planning on it jayje" she joked

"Oh look at that even sick you still make jokes" I giggled

I grab my phone and dial Hotch number, he pick up in the first ring, which I can say doesn't surprise me anymore.

'Hotcheneer' he answers

'Hi Hotch it's JJ, we have a problem'

'What happend?' He ask

'Emily is sick, with a high fever' I explain him

'Okay, there is no problem she can stay in the room, while we go to the seminar'

'And I could stay behind to take care of her, with that I can message you guys of she gets worse' I say hopping he would let me stay

'Sure, take care of her and when we finish we will pass you guys the notes we took in there' he says

'Thanks hotch' I say and then he hungs up

I go to the room again and I see that Emily is now occupying all the bed, I chuckle at the sing

"What did he said" she ask from the bed

"That I can stay and take car of you, so now I'm going to go down to the buffet to bring you something" I say taking the room key

"Don't go jayje, I just don't want to be alone right now" she whisper and nearly I don't hear it

"Darling I have to get you something to eat, I promise it won't take me long okay, I'll be here before you know it" I say kissing her forehead which is still burning

"I'll get you and Advil as soon as you eat okay, now close your eyes, anything for breakfast that you are carving?" I ask her

"No, just get here quickly I need my cuddels" she dictates

"So bossy are you today angel" I chuckle opening the door and closing it behind me.

I take the elevator and in the buffet I spot the team in a table finishing their breakfast

"Hey JJ" Spencer greets me

"Hey guys" I wave at them

"How is Emily?" Rossi ask in a full dad mode

"She has a high fever, I went down here to pick something to eat for the both of us" I explain them

"Take care of her won't you, we will see you both when we arrive from the seminar" he adds and all of them get their things and go to the SUV's
