"Five women were found dead in the forest in Philadelphia, the forensic has said that they were all beaten and all of them with a gunshot in their heads, they are asking our help because the 5th woman was fould 3 days ago the other four were found two weeks apart" JJ explained while Garcia passed the case photos without trying not to looks at them
"Well it looks like the unsub us trying to surrogate a female that clearly left an important impact to him, maybe a mother or a girlfriend either way he is getting out of control"Said Morgan looking at the pictures
" Did you know that the percent of women dead in forest has gone up a 45% more this year by the holidays coming up" Reid said with yet another fact about the investigation
"Well all the women look alike all brunettes with brown eyes all in their 20-30s he has a type chosen already" I said with the team looking at me with concern because the victims an me looked quite alike
"Okay guys wheels up in 30 we have to catch this guys"
With that all of us were to our desk and grabbed or go bags
I was getting mine and someone tapped my shoulder so I jumped out of fear because I was still sensitive after the last case
I turned around and it was JJ
"Hey Em sorry for scaring you but I was wondering if you wanted to sit with me and the jet an maybe watch a movie to relax before we land in Philadelphia" JJ said
We always do this type of things since we meet always watching a movie or reading in the jet together.
"Sure" I said with a hint of happiness in my eyes
The ride to the jet it was always a short one, so that didn't give us too much time to talk and when we get inside we always revise the case
"Hey Em, I saved you a seat" JJ announces when I get inside with Morgan and Reid
" Okay so when we land Morgan and Reid go to the crime scene, JJ and Prentiss go to the staition and make the geographical profile and Rossi and me will go to talk with the families" Hotch said while looking over at the case
We landed an everyone went to do their respective task
JJ and I went to the station there we meet woth the lead detective of the case
"Hi you must be the B.A.U I'm detective Rick Stones" the detective said waking both of our hands
"Hi I'm Jennifer Jareau we spoke on the phone and she is SSA Emily Prentiss" JJ said making the presentations
" Well we set you up in the meeting room there you all have more space to work and hoping we can catch this killer before he kills more innocent girls, I'll show you the way" Said detective Stones with a smile
It looked like he loved his job very much,
He gave us a tour to see where everything we needed was and making sure we were comfortable he walked away giving us space to work
" Okay so let's get to work the I have a geographical profile to make and you have to handle the reporters" I said with a smile knowing that she hated dealing with the reporters
"Don't remind me that Em, well when I finish I could help you with the geographical profile I don't think I have that much work to do with this conference" she said eager to help me
"Okay, thank you for the offer between" I said happy that she was going to help me with this since I only have do it three times because I usually go to the crime scene
"So what can we do with this?" She asks me as we both look at the white board with pins in the locations that the body was found
"Basically it can tell us where the unsubs comfort zone is, so if we tie all of this, we find that this point is where he or she feels confortable" I explain her as she nods
"You know I don't know why Hotch has me stuck in here and not in the crime scene, not that im complaining for being with you JJ" I said getting irritated from being here
"You know we all care about you and want to keep you safe an all the unsub victims are like you, he only wants to protect you from getting kiddnaped" she said with a worrying look
" There's something more that is bothering you Emily and I can see it and I'm always here did you need to talk about it you know" she said staring at me
"It's nothing JJ" I said, we both know it's a lie
"Okay, what more can we do in order to help the guys a little more" she says sitting above the table
"There is nothing much, now we just have to wait for them to come" I tell her
She knew that I did not want to talk about it and she dropped the subject
She did not push me to talk about it that's what I like about my best friend she let's me have my own space and give me time before telling her something so important than this
"It has to sound quite strange but I missed having a case" she comments as she laughs
"I thought you loved paperwork more" I joke as she stucks her tonge at me
"No, that's your speciality" she replies mocking me
"You got me there" I tell her as she smiles
"So what happens with you recently?" I ask her, we haven't had a girls night in so long
"Anything new but we do have to catch up a little bit about everything since you didn't come to the spa the other day" she says drinking from her plastic cup
"I'll leave that for a girls night, I bet that Penelope has already something planned" I say as she agress
