Me:They're half Demon. Also, unlike Connie, they can ACTUALLY swordfight.

Me:Hey. Don't spoil it for those who haven't played this game yet. But if I'm being honest? It was obvious from my end. Hell, you could put two and two together if you played through Devil May Cry 4.
Onyx:Yeah. They really didn't do a good job hiding how obvious it was.
Steven:But the gameplay in this is awesome!
Me:Who's your favorite character?
Steven:Dante.
Connie:Even though his asshole meter was through the roof in this game.
Pearl:Yes. I know Dante is known for being cocky, but he seemed overly cruel in this game.
Me:That's what a lot of people said. And I still love him. Not gonna lie: I'm not a big Nero fan at all. I think he's just a slightly worse version of DMC 2's edgelord version of Dante.
Garnet:Are you sure that isn't just nostalgic bias on your part, Jeremy?
Me:No. I legit do not like Nero that much at all.
Amethyst:Well I'm with you on that. I like Vergil.
Lapis:Gotta go with V. He had this air of mystery about him that was just amazing.
Peridot:The boss battles were great too.
Me:I've heard people say the gameplay in this is slightly better than DMC 3. And while I will yield to that, no boss battle in this game even come close to one of the greatest boss battles of all time: Dante vs Vergil from DMC 3.
Onyx:Normally, I'd say you're letting nostalgia blind you, but I have to agree on that.
Lapis:Especially when you remember that you can actually end the game by winning the supposedly "unwinnable" fight at the start of the game.
Me:Which the developers KNEW about, by the way.
Amethyst:They DELIBERATELY put that in there?!?
Me:Capcom hasn't made the best choices as of late. Looking at YOU, Keiji Inafune...
