Everyday I go through the motions
Hoping that one day they become a life
Maybe even a life worth living
But so far it's just been routine
Wake up, do this and do that
Go to sleep alone
Wake up a little more tired than the day before
Go to sleep a little bit lonelier than the previous night
All of these motions are making me sick
Yet I am still hopeful of tomorrow
And the day after that, no matter how many times I live the same day
I'll go through the motions if that means that one day I will feel alive
