Cold rain drizzled above Raven as she got out of her car and made her way across the street. She checked her phone once more to double check that she was at the right location.

In front of her was a run down building, but she knew there would be more beneath the surface. She pulled her hood up over her head and started stealthily entering the building.

She assumed it would be difficult to do without using her powers, but in all honesty it was quite easy. She decided to preserve the last of her energy in case of an emergency.

"What will you do with the boy now?"

Raven stopped in her tracks once she heard a distant voice. It didn't belong to Deathstroke.

"He won't cooperate with me, so I'll wait for either the Bat or Ra's to come collect," Deathstroke responded.

Before Raven could take a step forward she sensed someone else's presence nearby. She warily turned around to see Robin appear from the shadows of the hallway.

"What are you doing here?" he asked in a low voice.

"I could ask you the same thing," Raven responded in a whisper as she eyed him. This was Tim Drake, the current boy wonder, as they call him. He's usually seen with Batman, so seeing him alone was a surprise.

Robin carefully approached her. "Batman said we needed to talk later so I wanted to be nosy and see what all the fuss is about," he answered. "I think we all know Robins never actually listen to Batman."

Raven held back a chuckle. "Well... it's just been revealed that Batman and Talia al Ghul have a son."

Robin raised his eyebrows underneath the domino mask. "So... I have a brother that is the spawn of a demon. Great."

Raven looked down towards the ground when he said this. "Sorry, I didn't mean it like that," Robin quickly assured her. "Why did you come here all alone?"

"I...," she started, but he soon got the hint after seeing her struggle to explain herself.

"Oh," he said as he put the pieces together. "Well, I'm quite surprised you could fall for the son of the world's deadliest assassin."

"I was too at first," Raven replied, "But... I've come to a conclusion that our destiny can be changed if we have the right motivation."

"That's a good perspective. Now, how are we gonna sneak past Deathstroke?" Robin responded and began scanning the hallway for an entrance to the room.

"I could use my powers, but I was trying to save my energy in case of an emergency," she said.

"We don't need powers," Robin scoffed and cracked a grin before gesturing towards a square bent in the wall. "I think we can sneak through this vent."

Raven nodded and looked at him. "I'll be right behind you," she told him.

Robin nodded his head as well and started to pry the vent off with a shuriken as quietly as possible. When it was finally off he gently sat it on the ground and hoisted himself up into the vent. Once he was a decent ways in, Raven followed suit and crawled behind him.

Robin came to a stop when he found a vent that was above the room Deathstroke was in. "The boy is lying behind him," Robin whispered. "I'll focus on Deathstroke while you get him to safety."

"Okay," Raven agreed and waited for him. He waited for his target to be under at him before making his move.

Swiftly, Robin punched the vent covering off and fell on top of Deathstroke shoulders, bringing him down to the floor. Once he was out Raven followed behind and fell to the ground, rushing to Damian's side.
