"Your only limit is your imagination. But without an open mind it is pointless." Loki explained. I nodded, closing my eyes "Open mind. Imagination." I hold my hands out and concentrate. When I open my eyes my body feels weak and I held a shield made of ice that looked all to familiar.

I freaked out and dropped it, causing it to shatter. I forced a smile at Loki "Hehe. Sorry." Loki waved it off "Don't fret. It was an accident." I look at the shattered shield sadly. I lifted the part that held the star and stared at it.

"I miss him." I whisper stroking it gently. Loki rubbed my shoulders and kissed my forehead. "You could always go see him." I laugh coldly "Yeah. 'Hey Steve. So it turns out I really didn't die like I thought. Crazy right? How have you been?' That will go smoothly."

Loki released me and walked over to a trunk on the other side of the hideout and opened it. "I have something for you. Go sit." I sat at our little table and watch with curious eyes as he walked over with two objects wrapped in cloth.

Loki sat across from me with the objects on the table. "My dear. There are things you must know. Firstly, your birth name. Your mother chose it. Aurora. She prepared a few things for you before she died. And Valerie wanted you to have this."

He handed me one of the wrapped objects. I carefully unwrapped the object it was a silver mask. "It's beautiful." I stated tracing the patterns. Loki smiled softly "It was your mothers. She used it in mystic combat. Val was the best Asgard had seen. She would've wanted you to have it." I felt her presence in the mere mask. It was comforting. In the short time I have been with my father I had wanted to know my mother more and more.

"She must have been really amazing." Loki nodded, sadness showing in his eyes "She truly was. Open the second." The second was longer by far. A good three and a half feet at least. At least. I unwrapped the cloth to find a sword in a leather sheath. I gasp at the mere sight of the handle. It was gold with silver. A pearl was planted on the butt of the hilt.

I carefully drew the blade, it was so clean I could see my reflection in it. "Oh my!" I exclaimed. "It's spectacular!!!" Loki folded his hands and replied "It was made to harness your powers. It will increase your power. Valerie had it hand crafted for you."

I gripped the blade and observed my fathers face "You miss her. Don't you?" Loki nodded grimly "She was everything to me. After she had you she said to watch over you no matter what. Odin could not know about the birth. So I brought you far away where you adoptive family found you. I kept watch of you while you were here on Midgard. She wished you would one day find out who you really are. And her wish was fulfilled."

I sheath the blade and walk around the table. I wrap my arms around Loki. "Thanks dad." Loki chuckled "You are more than welcome Aurora."
