Jayani mugged her father as he ate breakfast on the couch.

In his two weeks home he had been chilling with them and she was happy.

"What?"Justice looked her up and down.

"How you always eating on the couch but when we do it momma complains about grease and crumbs?"

"Cause am a grown ass man, not to mention your father "He cheesed.

"Petty, with sprinkles on top"She sighed going to the counter .

"What y'all got planned for the day?"Kahsye asked.

"Chilling with Amari."

"Going over ania's"Ceauni mentioned Aaron's daughter

"Practise."Jaleel answered.

"Damn all y'all grown , it hurts I ain't get to spoil y'all asses young."Justice put his plate in the sink.

"I - it's not too late."Ceauni smiled.

"I mean we yo kids."Jayani cheesed

"And we ain't been on that lil date night yet."Kahsye paired in.

"And you ain't been to my practise yet."jaleel concluded.

"A man that missed out on alot of years."Jayani answered.

"Y'all right, but we gotta just live or lives and do it each day at a time, starting tomorrow."He answered.

Jayani nodded and kept eating before she went back upstairs.

"Party tonight?"Ceauni sat on her bed.

"Where?"

"At Killa spot,it ain't really a party just a lil get together,surprised k4 ain't ask ya."

"He told me about sumn party , but he said I should chill with daddy since ya'know."She shrugged.

"That's nice of him, but we been in daddy face two weeks let's go somewhere."

"Two weeks too little."Jayani shook her head.

"And Amari finna stay the fuck home too, she must think am playing with my god son."

"She having a boy?"Ceauni asked.

"I don't know am praying on it."

"Be ready by ten"she exited.
