"Sorry Shibisu, I lost track of time."
"What? You lost track of time?"
"Oh shut up, it happens."
Khun snapped at Shibisu as he took the empty coffee cup from his hand and then his coat as it was removed.
Shibisu followed Khun as he entered his office, he hung up Khun's coat and then inspected the coffee cup.
"Is this empty, can I throw it?"
"No."
Snatching the cup back off Shibisu he placed it on his desk.
"Just tell me where I need to be right now."
"Okay, okay! Well...."
Raising his hands in defense, Shibisu then continued to guide Khun where he needed to be.
After a morning of meetings, Khun collapsed into his chair, Shibisu following him in and closing the door behind them.
"Urgh, I'm tired of this shit already. I need a pick me up."
He shook the image of Bam from the forefront of his mind as he relaxed into his chair.
"You don't have any meetings this afternoon, so you're free to do whatever you want really. There's some work you could do but it's not pressing."
"Thanks Shibisu."
"But more importantly....."
Shibisu grinned mischievously as he took a seat opposite Khun.
Khun glanced at him apprehensively.
"What?"
"Sooooo....?"
Shibisu asked expectantly, an excited grin dancing on his features.
"What!?"
Losing his patience, he snapped at Shibisu.
"Are you in love?"
"What?"
He repeated the word for the third time, this time his tone was completely void of emotion as his thoughts immediately turned to Bam.
"You know, with the Yeon girl last night? What is wrong with you today Khun?"
Astounded by his friends out of character behavior, Shibisu was slightly concerned.
"Sorry, I think I'm just tired. It went great. I have no interest in her and she has no interest in me. It's perfect."
"Hearing you describe your ideal relationship is kind of depressing...."
"Well, we can't all be hopeless romantics like you that fall in love with any pretty face. "
"I'll take that as a compliment."
"It wasn't."
"Look, you would understand if you actually had feelings. You know, those things called emotions."
Resting his head on his desk, Khun felt something bothering him. One face kept popping into his mind and it frustrated him. He wasn't irritated but he knew something was starting to stir in his heart and it needed to be stopped. He just wanted some time alone to get his head together.
"So what was she like?"
"Who?"
"Seriously Khun, I'm talking about the Yeon girl! I think you should take the rest of the day off if you're going to be this spacey. It's Friday, finish now and have a long weekend."
