Spencer's POV:

Tonight was great, brilliant in fact. The team caught Addie and I together, but it was bound to happen soon. We were both relieved when we didn't get in trouble, I'm pretty sure everyone knew before that anyways. It feels really nice to not have to sneak around anymore, I want the whole world to know that we're together. To be with someone as beautiful and smart as Addie makes me feel like the luckiest guy, although I'm still not totally sure why she wants to be with someone as lanky and awkward as me. But for the first time, I can finally envision a happy future for myself. For us. Addie is my soulmate, the one person who can make me feel complete, and I want to spend the rest of my life loving her. Which is why I blurted it out in Rossi's driveway, I didn't mean to but it just slipped out so effortlessly. My heart fluttered in a way it never has before when she said the words back to me, hugging me like her life depended upon it.

I decided to stay at the party for a little while longer after Addie and Willow had left. I wish I could've gone with them and stayed the night with Addie, but it's her sister's birthday and she's definitely exhausted from the case earlier.

"You okay, babygirl? You've been awfully quiet for the last half of the evening," Morgan frowns, raising an eyebrow at Garcia from across the table that we are all sitting at. JJ and Will have gone home with the boys while Jack is curled up on Hotch's lap.

"What? I—I, uh... nothing's wrong!" She sputters, eyes widening.

"Spill it, sweetness. You are an awful liar."

"No! I always give in to you but some secrets must be kept! I have to abide by the girl code, no matter how tempted I am to spill the beans, so don't push it my darling," Garcia exclaims. None of us are surprised, she's awful at keeping secrets. I glance down at my phone under the table, checking for a text from Addie. She left twenty minutes ago but her apartment is less than ten minutes away.

"Hey, just checking in to make sure you two made it home alright. Love you." I text.

I slip my phone back into my pocket and pretend to listen to Garcia and Derek bickering. Addie wouldn't have forgotten to text, she always texts. My heart starts to race nervously but I take a deep breath and assure myself that she's probably busy getting Willow ready for bed. Or maybe she's in the shower. Or left her phone in her car by accident.

Ten more minutes pass and I can't suppress my anxiousness anymore.

"Is everything okay? Please respond, I need to know you're alright." I text once again. Another ten minutes pass without a reply.

"Addie, seriously. Send me a text or I'm coming over to check on you." My fingers tap away at my keyboard.

"Everything alright, Reid?" Hotch's voice suddenly asks, noticing my distracted demeanor.

"It's Addie, she's not responding to my texts. She always texts once she's gotten home safe." My voice waivers slightly. Everyone frowns.

"I'm sure she's okay, probably just a long day," Rossi tries to reason. All of a sudden JJ appears, running through the house to the backyard.

"JJ? What're you—"

"It's Addie, she and Willow have been abducted."
