grumpy start

Eliza POV:

It was an amazing morning, sunshine running through the gaps of my hand as I look up and try to feel the sun's warmth through my bedroom window. Morning's have always been like this .. like... Something is new about it, every morning and every day.

I got of my bed, cleaned my room and freshened up. As I came out of the house, I saw some stray cats and met  Mrs. Roth...she is an amazing woman who sells bun at the bakery which are freshly baked and sometimes she takes care of me and my lil house. I always greet her and walk along the lane.

I had no time to grab my breakfast cause I'm already late for my first part time job of the day...yes!! You heard me right..I workkkkk alll dayyyy...uf!

As I got to the bus stop....I was already late but I have to make it to my job even though I'm late... Mr. Rivera is gonna kill me...maybe:)

Finaallllyyyyy!!! The bus arrived and I got up...but I was unable to grab a seat as the bus was in momentum.
I somehow tried to grab a seat and I sat looking outside the window, letting the warm wind touch my face and run through my hairs letting them get messy.... even though I love summers.☀️

I reached my destination called "Rivera's cuisines". I work here ....I'm a good cook as you will know it soon!!

Mr. Rivera is not a sadist...he just wants his employees to come to work on time...like all other owners, he is also the same.
He caught me and was shouting at me for almost 15 minutes straight.

Wow Eliza great start of the day!

I cooked some basics cause I was already late to the work and breakfast was already made and delivered to the customers.
I didn't get a chance to showcase my skills today.

Now I can finally grab my food at around 12:15 pm.
I stopped by at McDonalds to grab a burger and a coke.
I started walking along the path which goes to my second part time job which starts around 1pm.

I was closely paying attention to my food bites cause I was hangry out of nowhere, I finally finished my food and sips of the coke made me feel alive in the summer's heat.

As I cross the little road turns, I got on the main road waiting for pedestrians crossing alarm to turn green. I see an old granny walking with her dog..it was a pomeranian and was super duper cuteee...I went in aweee!

I crossed and reached the other side and looked back...the granny was still struck and it was almost green light for the vehicles to move, I didn't think anything and ran towards her.

As I reach her all vehicles started moving in medium speed making my heart beat faster....I was trembling with fear with the negative thoughts 'what if granny or the dog gets hurt'.... even though I didn't stop walking towards the end of the road...I can now listen granny thanking me slowly in a trembling voice, as we almost reached the end the dog ran away from us...as I made granny stand at the safe side...I gave my word to her that I will bring her dog back...I started running, crossing all the cars, bikes & trucks on the road, I don't know what I was doing...it felt like I was in an action movie.

I almost grabbed the dog in my arms but the sudden push in my body made me fall on the road and a black mercedes benz car stopped right before my eyes almost touching my nose tip, my heart beat was even more faster, I was checking on the dog if it got any hurt and then I heard a familiar voice asking me if I'm fine, I looked up and it was "Mr. Eric Henderson" I was like Wtf ⊙.☉

He was still hot in his all black outfit, his hairstyle being waxed perfectly, leaving his forehead exposed and his light green eyes always had all the magic the world needs!
