You woke up, opening your eyes and being inches from Peacock's face. She was still asleep. You decided to scoot closer to her, enjoying her surprisingly warm skin. You put your hands on her chest, feeling the marks on her body through her tank top.
"If ya' wanted to go for another round, ya' could've just said so." A smug voice spoke, startling you. You sat up, noticing you were wearing a shirt over you naked body. You blushed. Everything came to your mind and you stood up, pulling on the end of the shirt and looking for your clothes.
Peacock came up behind you, wrapping her arms around your waist and putting her chin in the crook of your neck. You shivered at the feeling of her metallic arms around. You turned around, feeling her pick you up and set you on the dresser.
She pulled you forward a little, holding your legs and put her forehead on yours. She sighed, "I missed you." She said. You noticed black tears pricking the corners of her eyes. You put arms around neck. "It's okay. I missed you too. I wish we could've never been apart, but things change. But, let's appreciate our time together now." You smiled softly.
Oh, Y/N. Ya' got me all worked up." She said, voice shaking as she grinned with tears coming from her eyes. You snickered playing with her hair and running your fingers through it gently. "I love ya'." She sighed. She leaned forward and you did the same, slowly closing your eyes, "I...love you too..." you whispered breathlessly.
You kissed her, feeling warmth course through you as she wrapped her lips around yours. You loved this feeling. How she made you feel like you belonged and that you were complete. She made you feel special. You couldn't live without her. All those years she was gone, you wanted to run back. But, you didn't. You hated yourself for it.
"Ahem...." someone cleared their throat. You both jumped, looking around and seeing everyone. "So, when we're you gonna tell us that Y/N was finally back after all these years!?" Andy yelled. (Okay, nobody look up Andy from Skullgirls. You WILL be traumatized 😂) Peacock grumbled, resting her head on your chest with a red face.
You laughed, waving to everyone, "Hello, guys." Avery, George, Andy, and Tom all ran over to you, piling on you. "Y/N! I missed you so much!" Avery began to cry, along with everyone else. Big Band smiled, standing beside you in front of the dresser. "Hey, Ben." You smiled, getting off of the furniture and going to hug him. He wrapped his arms around you, "I'm glad you're back."
You pulled away and Tom asked you, "Where have you been?" You sighed, hugging yourself, "I had joined the Medici Mafia. At first, they seemed to accept me and treat me as a family-member. But, over the years I realized it was all just some sick ploy to get me to use my powers against you guys. I didn't leave because I was afraid of what they would do to me."
"Oh no! I'm gonna be in so much trouble if they find out I'm gone! What am I gonna do!? I'll have to leave again, or go into hiding, or-" "Y/N, baby doll! Calm down. I- WE won't let anythin' happen to ya'." She smiled nervously as she stuttered. You smiled up at her. "Also, I've noticed that you've grown. I knew you were taller than me, but I'd never think you'd be this tall." You told Peacock.
"Well, that just makes it easier ta' pick you up." She grinned, picking you up bridal style and making you laugh, "And I see you two have come to a compromise." Big Band smirked. You giggled, kissing Peacock's cheek. Her face became red as she blushed deeply. "Payback from 7 years ago." You said smugly, jumping from her arms and rushing out of the room, laughing.
She unfroze, gasping in shock and running after you, shouting, "You tease!" She ran out of the room with a grin, looking for you. She heard a whistle and look up to see you on the next floor above. You waved and she mumbled something. Then she vanished and you leaned over the edge of the rail, looking for her.
Then, you felt two arms grab your waist and turn you around. You gave Peacock a innocent smile, "Hello." You grabbed her fedora and pulled it over her eyes. Then, you grabbed her collar and leaned up, kissing her. She lifted her hat and closed her eyes, smiling into the kiss while holding your hips.
Down below, everyone stared with smiles. "They're both stupid." Andy crossed his arms, a grin on his face. Big Band chuckled, "But, they love each other." He smiled, looking up at you two.
