~Chapter 12~

A 3 weeks later (at her grandmas house)



"Grace, come down here. We need to start on your training!" Shouts my grandma from downstairs.

I have been here for about 3 weeks. I have been training (fighting) for about 2 weeks now. Since I'm the white wolf and the queen it makes it easier for me and faster for me to learn new things, but my grandma can tell if I'm slacking or not though. Ok the first week I was here I stayed in my room crying my eyes out from moving away from my friends and family and mostly, from being rejected. The next week I finally left my room and went out ( I found out my name is actually Grace Green my parents changed it to Grace Meester so people wouldn't find out about me). After 2 days my grandma, and yes i said grandma started training me. As in kick boxing, weapon fighting, wolf changing fighting. My grandma isn't really normal, well we all aren't normal you know the whole wolf thing going on, but she is the second strongest wolf their is, even stronger then the first wolfs. Ok so back to reality. I'm running down stairs and go outside. I see my grandma in a pair of dark gray under armour pants and a pink under armour shirt. Ok my grandma isn't like normal grandmas, yeah shes like 80 but she looks 40. It's the whole moon goddess thing, when Grandma was younger the moon goddess blessed her where she will live until the 'the next great war'.

"What are we doing today?" I ask.

"Your running for 3 hours in your human form. Then your running for 4 hours in your wolf form." She says.

7 hours of running sounds fun.

I nod my head ok and she goes inside and brings me my phone.

"Your phone will go off in 3 hours when it goes off then change to your wolf form." She says.

I grab my phone and put it in my shorts pocket.




1 hour later




Why do we have to run so much? I ask my wolf.

Because theirs something coming,you have to be ready thats why your training to hard. She says.

Ok. How much longer do you think we have to train? I ask her.

Well you know how to fight in human form, use weapons, and I'm trained enough, so we should be almost done. You just need to work on your running then I think we should be good. She says.

Hey I'm sorry to ask you all these questions but ummm.....Whats your name? I ask shyly.

She laughs.

Sorry Grace I forgot to tell you. My names Samantha Green. She says.

I gasp.

Ok last week I was reading some books because i was kind of bored. I found a book about the first wolves, queens, and kings. Samantha Green was THE first wolf and the first queen. She's the strongest wolf there was.

Wow, so can I call you Sam? I ask.

Yeah. Grace since i was you know the first queen and all of that you have some of my powers. Like now you are the strongest wolf, your the fastest, and you can read minds. She says.

Oh gosh, I feel so special. I say while laughing.

You can't take those powers for granted----

She gets cut off by my alarm going off on my phone.

Yeah I know. I say.

I change into my wolf. Since the first time I shifted it doesn't hurt that much anymore, yeah my bones break and everything but it doesn't really hurt now. I'm running past beautiful trees and bushes.



4 days later




My alarms going off, I remember that my grandma enrolled me in school 2 days ago. I groan and get up. I go take my shower, after that I put on my foundation, lipgloss, and mascara. Nothing dramatic just some simple makeup, and my hair is straight and my bangs are side sweped today. I'm wearing a pair of dark blue Hollister jeans, a red PINK shirt, and a gray North Face jacket. I go downstairs and my grandma is standing by the fridge drinking coffee. When she see me come she sets her coffee down and goes over to her purse and hands me a pair of keys.

"What are these for?" I ask.

"Well since your 16 now and you did pass your drivers test i thought you should have your own car." She says while smiling.

I smile and grab the keys out of her hand and run outside and see a silver Hummer standing in the driveway.

"Thanks you so much." I say.

I give her a hug goodbye and I grab my stuff for school. I get in my NEW car and drive to school.

Sammy can you believe it? She got me car!! I scriech.

I know. She says happily.

Wait Grace are we still going to go run and everything right? She asks.

Yes. We will everyday ok? I say.

Thanks. So are you excited for school? She asks me.

Yeah I guess so. But it's kind of scary you know? I know no one here. I say.

Yes but you'll meet new people though. She says knowingly.

I sigh and I turn into starbucks. Since it's only 7:03 I'm going to get some coffee. I park my new baby in a parking place and get out. I lock my car and go inside. I notice some people staring so I stand up straighter and go over to the counter.

"How may I help you?" Asks a girl with dyed pink hair.

"Could I have a carmel frape with extra carmel and whip cream. Oh and two chocolate cookies." I say.

"Yeah sure thing, it will be $7.43." She says.

I hand her the money and I go over to the waiting area and I get out my phone and check the time, 7:20. The girl comes over and hands my my cookies and my drink.

"Have a nice day." She says.

I walk out of Starbucks and I get in my car. I turn on the radio and Die Young by Ke$ha comes on. I pull out of the parking lot and I start eating my cookies.

I pull into the parking lot of the school and I park. I put on my silver aviators and grab my drink and school stuff. I put my keys in my brown purse and I get out of the car. I shut the door and lock the car, when the car beeps from me pushing the lock button people look over at me.

"Watch out!" Someone shouts from behinde me.

I turn around and see a football heading in my direction. I put my binder in my other arm and when the balls about to hit my face I catch it.

"Nice catch!" Says a guy running towards me.

"Thanks." I say.

"Whats your name?" He asks.

"Grace Green." I say.

When I say that he gasps and so does a lot of other people.

"What?" I ask.

"Your the next queen." Someone says beside me.

"Yeah I am." I say.

The person beside me is a guy. His hair is black, he has tan skin, and he has green eyes.

"Well I gotta go. Bye." I say while walking towards the front doors.

When people see me some are gaping and then some are taking pictures. Wierd? I open the front doors and go inside. I walk into the office.

"How can I help you?" Asks the secetary.

"Um I'm Grace Green and I need my schedule" I say.

She gasps and I roll my eyes. When I roll my eyes she quickly shuts her mouth.

"Oh my I'm so sorry." She says.

"It's fine I'm kind of used to it." I say.

She smiles at me and gets up and goes over to the file cabnet and gets some papers out and hands them to me.

"Have a good first day." She says.

I walk out of the office and go down the hall my locker is number 54. It's over by the library. When I get over by the library I find locker 54 and I put my purse inside it. I look at my paper.

1st hour: Math

2nd hour: A.P. English

3rd hour: A.P. History

4th hour: Food and nutrients

Lunch
5th hour: free period

6th hour: Science

7th hour: P.E.

8th hour: Art


The first bell rings and I head to my first class. When I get to the classroom, Mr. Smith is talking about who knows what. I knock on the door and he stops talking and opens the door.

"Yes?" He asks.

"I'm suppost to be in this class." I say.

I hand him a paper to sign that the secetarty lady gave me for all my teachers to sign. He signs it and lets me inside.

"Class this is a new student please make her feel welcome." He says.

Some people start whispering and I swear I hear some guys in the back say that I'm hot.

"Could you introduce yourself?" He asks.

"Sure." I say.

"Well my names Grace Green, I'm 16, just moved here from Mercy Falls." I say.

"Ms. Green you know this is a all werewolf school right?" Mr.Smith says.

I smile shyly and shake my head no.

"Well go take a seat in the back my Hunter." He says.

I walk down the aisle and sit next to Hunter. It's the guy who threw the ball at me.




7 th hour, P.E.


"Did you hear about that new girl Grace Green?" I hear some snobby girl say.

"Yeah, isn't she suppost to be like the soon to be queen or something?" Asks another snobby girl.

"Yeah but she doesn't even look like she can fight, or she should be queen." Snob girl 1 says.

"Yeah, she's just a wanna be queen. The real queen is you not her." Snob 2 says.

When she says that my blood is boiling and when she says that snobby girl 1 is the 'real' queen she just wished for a death sentence. I slam my gym locker shut, I start walking over to the girls and they turn to see who's walking towards them. When they see that it's me they're eyes get big.

"So you think your the REAL queen?" I say.

My voice sounds like a Alphas, but more stronger I guess you can say.

"Yes." Snob 1 says.

When she says yes she stands up straighter. I laugh and when I laugh it sounds so....not me.

"Well lets see who is the REAL queen after school. School parking lot. If you say your the real queen then you should be able to fight me and win. The REAL queen is the STRONGEST wolf. So you say your the queen then you shouldn't back down." I say while growling.

She smirks.

"Fine after school, just know this I WILL win." She says.

"Yeah right." I say.

I turn around and walk out of the locker room.




After school, parking lot




So I guess the word got out that Some girl named Amanda Farley was getting in a fight with the soon to be queen. I walk out of school and I see that EVERYONE is in the parking lot. When they see me they stop talking and they make a path so I can get through. I walk until I find Amanda.

"So do you want to fight in wolf or human form?" I ask.

"Wolf." She says.

The weaker always chose wolf.

I smirk.

"OK, I'm fighting in my human form." I say.

"Seriously, this is going to be too easy." She says.

People are whispering back and forth saying that I'm going to lose. When they say that my blood starts to boil.

Do you want me to fight her? Asks Sam.

Sure. I say.

When she takes over Amanda and people gasp. Ok so my eyes turn gold and purple when my wolf takes over.

"Ready?" I growl.

She shifts to her wolf. She's nothing special her furs a dark brown color it looks like mud and her eyes are brown too.

We start circling each other for about a minute then she lunges at me. I grab her by the throat and toss her to the side. She whimpers in pain. SHe gets up and runs at me. I let my nails grow out and when she jumps at me I scratch her face. She looks at me and growls. She lunges one more time and I grab her throat.

"Gosh this is so easy. Ready to give up?" I ask.

She whimpers again and I release her throat. She switches back to her human form.

"Don't EVER challenge the Queen again." I say in my Alpha Queen voice.

People are video taping this and some are staring in shock. I laugh. Now they know I am the true soon to be queen.
