I'm sorry this chapter wound up being so anticlimactic....

After I picked out my outfit, I put on light makeup with a tinted red lip, and curled my hair.

Jordan wasn't coming to dinner tonight because he wasn't feeling well, but he told me that he would go to lunch tomorrow with us.

After finishing and spraying some perfume, I walked into my room, where Jaden sat on my bed, looking handsome as ever.

He grinned and stood up, making his way over to me, "I feel like you know by now that the lipstick you're wearing just does something to me."

My cheeks reddened and he placed a long, yet slow kiss on my lips. When I pulled away, he ran his finger under my lips, fixing the lipstick, "It taste like cherries."

I nodded, "That's what it's called. The name of the lipstick is called cherry." He kissed me once more before pulling away.

"Are you ready?" I asked him and he nodded, but then grabbed my hand, inspecting it.

I frowned, "What're you doing?"

He lifted my middle finger, looking at the small tattoo that I had gotten when I turned 16.

"Has that always been there?" He asked curiously, tracing over the small pattern that was permanently engraved in my skin.

I nodded, "I got it for my 16th birthday."

"Technically we have matching tattoos," he said with a small smirk. I rolled my eyes at him, "Technically I had this first."

"I think we should get matching ones," Jaden said spontaneously, making my eyes widened, "matching tattoos?"

He nodded, "I think we should."

Matching tattoos? That was a seriously huge step. But, I mean, I was really in love with Jaden and I kind of wanted one as well. Of course it would have to be one that was tiny so I could cover it up if we were to break up, knock on wood.

After thinking it though, I smiled, "I would love that."

Jaden and I made our way downstairs to the living room, and three heads turned our way, one of them giving me an uneasy feeling.

"Wow, look at you all dressed up," Jack said teasingly, standing up with Lavender in his arms. He was now wearing a nice outfit, and the baby was wearing a cute little dress.

Corbyn was dressed up nice as well, no longer wearing the sweatpants that he had on earlier.

Last but not least, I turned to the deep blue eyes that I never want to face again. Daniel's eyes raked my body up and down, and I could feel Jaden's hand tense up in mine.

Daniel walked forward with a smile on his face, "It's good to see you again, Mase," he said softly, opening his arms up for a hug.

I hesitantly hugged him back, but quickly pulled away, turning to Jaden, "This is my boyfriend, Jaden, Jaden this is Daniel."

Daniel looked over at Jaden like nothing. He shook his hand and then walked back over to Jack and Corbyn, who stood there expectantly, "Are you guys ready?"

Honestly, I've never loved Lavender more. Because she still headed a car seat, we needed to take two cars, which meant I didn't need to be in the same car as Daniel.

Jaden and I took our own car to the restaurant, and he seemed pretty calm compared to how jealous he was getting at the party's couple of days ago.

We got out of the car and walked towards the restaurant hand in hand. We sat down next to each other, and the boys came in a couple minutes after us.

It was a round table, so I sat in between Jaden and Jack, and Corbyn and Daniel sat across from us. They were able to put a little high chair in between me and Jack for Lavender as well.

I felt Daniels eyes on me the whole time, and I had a feeling that he was going to try and talk to me, so I turned to Jaden, "I definitely think we should get that tattoo.

"Yeah?" He asked with a smile, making me nod, "I don't plan on leaving you anytime soon, so I think it's a good idea."

Jaden grinned and cupped my cheek, bringing me in for a short kiss. I smiled as he pulled away, staring into his beautiful ocean eyes.

"So, how did you two meet?" Daniels voice asked, leaning his head on his hand that was propped up.

I held in an eye roll and turned to him, "When I moved into the Sway House I met him.

Daniel nodded, "That's nice," he looked over at Jack and Corbyn to make sure they weren't listening, "I know me and Mase used to be a thing, so I hope you don't feel threatened."

Jadens eyes narrowed at him, "I don't."

Really? Was that actually Daniels approach to make Jaden jealous? Being over this man was an understatement.

Dinner was over way quicker than I expected, and it was like Jesus himself had answered my prayers. Daniel had to go because one of his friends needed him so I was on cloud nine.

We decided to change into more comfortable clothes and start a fire pit outside.
