Chapter 5 - Endless Problems

SUNDAY

After having an oovoo sleepover with Alyssa and Sebastian over the weekend, I decided to get some sleep. Me and Alyssa were being creeps listening to him breathing, because he fell asleep before us. We also couldn't stop talking about him. It was one of my best weekends. I got to go to Kaykays birthday party. More like a get together since it was only me and her. I also got to have a oovoo sleepover with my best friend and my crush.

I messed up all my sentences and stuttered a lot cause Sebastian was there. I even blushed a few times, which I think he noticed. The best part was actually talking to him outside of school. It was my first time. Yea I know kind of stupid, but that me for you.

MONDAY

According to the news on Sunday night there was a snow storm. My school called to report that there was a half a day today. I was super happy. My Spanish teacher got reassigned, had best week end, and a half a day. Everyone knew we wouldn't have school tomorrow. The news also stated 2 feet of snow. The rest of the day was ok. Besides the afternoon.

Kik group chat (Alyssa, Sebastian, Me)

Me:Sappy I need to tell you something. I hope Alyssa remembered the plan.

Sappy:what is it?

Me:umm... Alyssa don't screw up please

Alyssa:He likes you...was that so hard Ethan

Sappy:Dude you could have just told me lol

Me:...oh uhh ok...

The rest of the day was awkward. I knew this was a bad idea.

TUESDAY

I was in a bad mood for some reason. There was no school, I stayed up playing with my friend Gage on Xbox all night, and I told Sebastian I liked him. I was really really bad. I almost had an argument with Alyssa and flipped on depression mode. I went to the only thing that would help...call of duty. Yea again stupid, but if you knew me (which you do) it wasn't stupid. I played for an hour, it helped a lot. Alyssa texted me on kik.

Me and Alyssa kik

Alyssa:I'm sorry

Me:It wasn't ur fault

Alyssa:Ik

Me:than why are u saying sorry

Alyssa:it hurts not talking to you...I don't want to lose you, your the first person I can tell anything to.

Me:same

Me:we both know we'll do anything to make each other happy.

The conversation went back to normal after saying sorry. We left the group chat when I got mad. So we left Sebastian. Which I wish I didn't do.

WEDNESDAY

I had to go to school. No half a day. I also had to face Sebastian, even though he didn't care, i did. He saw me sad first period and tried to cheer me up. It didn't work which was odd. In gym class I couldn't do anything, because Kaykay and her friend held me back from getting near Sebastian. In lunch I gave Sebastian a snicker and a blueberry jolly rancher.

We met up at ELA he sat in the desk next to me. Which instantly made me a bit jumpy. Our ELA teacher told us to go on our iPads, I knew Sebastian didn't have his. I thought he was going to sit near someone else, but I was wrong. He slid his desk very close to me, making me super duper weirded out. I knew he was doing this on purpose or at least I think he was. We didn't pay attention to class. We were too busy bothering each other.

THURSDAY

Another regular day, except I felt something was going to happen. It was first period I decided to talk to my friend Pedro. There wasn't much to talk about since his eyes were glued to his IPad. Second period came, I forgot to study for our chapter test. So I used the last 7 minutes I had to study.

After the test, I had to go to gym class for the last day of the marking period. All we did was talk.

It was writing lab. Pedro was in the same class and always sat next to me. Today we were going to go to the spelling bee. Before they started calling down all the grades, Edward turned around and starting talking. I gave him a look.

Edward:Hey Ethan.

Me:What do you want?

Edward:Why did you and Kaykay break up?

Me:Why do you care?

Edward:People have been saying stuff about you and I want to know if its true.

That caught my attention, but I was smarter than that. Everyone says not to trust him. What if he's not lying and I needed to know what people were saying about me.

Me:What do they say?

Edward:Tell me why you broke up then I'll tell you what they said.

I knew he was lying. I stared at him, making sure he knew I would NEVER tell him. So he turned back around and started talking to his friend. I wrote "Im gay" on a piece of paper and showed it to Pedro. He was really surprised. At least he said we can still be friends.

FRIDAY

It was not my day. I didn't do any of the homework that was due. Which means I could fail. For some reason none of that bothered me. Anyway it was fifth period. Sebastian and Alyssa were in it with me. I noticed Sebastian kept looking at me. I couldn't tell if that was good or bad.

He looked at me like 3 times in geography class, but that was probably nothing. When I got home, Alyssa texted me.

Alyssa:I can't do this no more

Me:What happened

Alyssa:[picture]

Me:Shes weak if she can't tell you in person

Alyssa:I just want to run away

Me:Please don't it won't help.

Alyssa:Im going to go to sleep

I let her sleep and talked to Sebastian. We had a normal conversation. I had to go to the Bronx. We didn't have the oovoo sleepover.

SATURDAY

It was a pretty quiet day. Me and my aunt's boyfriend watched sex tape. Which made everything freaking awkward. I talked to my friend Gage. Sebastian texted me. He was going outside. Now I wish I was in New Jersey.

It was any regular day.
