The Party

"Luffy! Pops said no!" You said firmly.

"But (Y/N)~" Whined your little brother.

"Yes (Y/N)~" Added your equally annoying older freckled brother.

"Come on (Y/N)! Pops said no only because you're studying, but if you say yes, then he'll change his mind!" Said Luffy excitedly.

"That's not the way to convince her Luffy!" Ace said to Luffy. "Watch and learn." He added cheekily. This two goons were trying to convince you to host a party at home, but pops had said no. They wanted you to go and puppy-eye your way into pops' heart, something that would always get you what you wanted with your adoptive father, and convince him into hosting the party.

"(Y/N)~ Zoro will come too~" Ace sing-songed in a very sly tone. You huffed.

"I don't care." But your face showed otherwise, your cheeks had become red and you diverted your eyes, looking anywhere but at your brothers. Ace and Luffy cracked up at your reaction, already savoring their win.

"Ok fine!" You scoffed. "I'll ask him, but not because of Zoro!"

Maybe a little bit because of Zoro, but I will most definitely not give them that satisfaction.

"Oh you totally have a crush on him." Said Ace, laughing at your tomato red face.

"Yes! My best friend and my sister will end up together~." Luffy had been Zoro's best friend ever since pops had brought you into the family. Your three brothers, Luffy, Ace and Sabo, had been adopted by Newgate at the age of 8 and eleven respectively, but you came in a little later. They accepted you as one of their own nonetheless.

"Guys, stop." Sabo finally jumped in, hugging you tightly as he appeared to think you were some squishable little toy. "Look how adorable she is when she is flustered anyways~"

"Alright! Enough teasing! I'm going back to my room." You gently pushed Sabo away and stomped your way back upstairs. "And no party!"

"But (Y/N)!" Screeched Ace and Luffy, following you like two little puppies while Sabo chuckled at you three from a far.

"Please please please please please-"

"Alright! That's enough! You'll go convince your father on your own and leave me to work!" As Ace and Luffy pouted while watching you leave, Sabo patted both their shoulders.

"Looks like you're alone on this one guys."

Back in your room, you went to the bathroom and saw how red your face had gotten. Sighing at your stupidity, you splashed some water on your cheeks and tried to cool down. Zoro and you had never been in a relationship or anything, he probably thought of you only as a friend, but you liked him. A lot. He'd often come over to play video games and wrestle with your brothers, often taking them out for a run or anything really. He was more like another son of the family. Still, years had passed and you still hadn't moved on. It hurt a little bit, you thought he was too hot for you. He also had a bunch of women on his trail, so he certainly wouldn't pick you.

"Agh!" You slapped your cheeks softly and went back to your bed, laying down as you didn't necessarily have anything to do. You had lied about your work, you were totally free, you just didn't want your annoying brothers to pester you. You didn't really want to go back to your teasing brothers, but you were bored out of your mind, so you decided to join them in whatever video game they were investing their time in at the moment.

"Guys! Did you talk to pops already?" You said going downstairs over to the living room.

"Nah! He's out so we'll ask later." Yelled back Luffy. You heard Ace and Luffy chuckling and whispering like two dumb high school girls, so you just followed their sound and found them, sprawled across the couches in the living room, except there was an extra green haired male sitting down with them, face red.
