Apologies

After storming away from you, Zoro barely managed to get home, still mad. His eyes were infested with rage and he couldn't focus his sight on the road, so it was quite the accomplishment when he was able to reach his house in one piece.

"Hey Zoro!" Smiled Perona as she greeted her younger adoptive brother. "What happened?" She frowned as she saw his brother's face.

"Nothing." He grumbled, passing through her and going directly to the kitchen. More specifically, directly to the alcohol.

"Wait! Zoro! Come on-"

"Leave me alone." He barked, giving her a deathly glare.

"Bonney is here, you should behave yourself! I'm sure you wouldn't want me acting like an asshole when (Y-"

"Stop. Talking. Don't say her name." He glared at her, taking out a bottle of sake and drinking it in big gulps.

"Zoro..." Said Perona, finally understanding why her brother was so worked up. Something had happened with you and he was stupidly trying to drown his ache away.

"Just leave me alone." He huffed, taking another gulp from the bottle. Not knowing what to do, and seeing that Zoro was extremely angry at her and clearly not ready to talk to anyone, she decided to leave him be and go back to her girlfriend.

Zoro felt broken on the inside. He really thought you had cheated on him and he couldn't understand why. It hurt. He had loved you for years, his aspirations in life included you, with him, and he had been so happy once he had finally got you for him. Just for him. Now, he felt like it had been an illusion. A stupid dream where he had convinced himself that you actually loved him back.

Chuckling darkly, he took another sip.

But you had told him you loved him. You had made love to him, he had opened himself to you and you had opened yourself to him too. So why did you still need that dark emo boy to stick with you? Wasn't he enough? The thought of you not loving him back hurt him, a lot. Even though he had gotten used to it before, when he was just Luffy's friend that came over all the time, the idea of you not loving him back had been crushed once you got together. He actually never considered that you would end things with him, but here he was. You hadn't even tried to chase him down, you stayed in the arms of your ex instead.

He took another gulp. The bottle was already beginning to empty.

Fucking stupid Law. He was Luffy's friend, then again Luffy was friends with literally everybody. He had never expected from him to be one to wreck other people's relationships.

"Fuck!" He barked, hating the pain in his heart, the tears that had already formed in his eyes. Hating the longing feeling for you. He wanted you. He wanted to have you in his arms and he wanted to be able to cuddle with you. He remembered the time you watched Kimetsu no Yaiba together, remembering your puffy crying face and how sensitive you were about the story.

Why isn't she sensitive about me?

After drinking in the kitchen for a couple of hours, he was beat. And very dizzy and nauseous. He had to get back in bed and sleep his pain away.

"Zoro! Could you pass me one of your shirts?" Asked Bonney cheerily. She had ruined hers with food and needed a change. Perona, being the lady she was, didn't want her clothes to get dirty with the thousand types of food that her girlfriend ate so she sent Bonney to get one of Zoro's shirts instead.

Zoro didn't even turn to look at her. If he did he wouldn't see her anyways, the alcohol blurred every single thing his eyes attempted to focus on.

"Yeah here you go." Being the drunk idiot he was, he passed Bonney the shirt he was wearing, leaving his chest in display. Sweat dropping, Bonney took her own clothes off, leaving them sprawled down on the floor, and put on the oversized t-shirt, making it seem as she was wearing only that. Bonney was a pretty liberal girl and saw Zoro as his own brother, so she didn't care if he were to look at her naked. Besides, it was obvious that the man right now was practically blind. Giggling softly at Zoro, she looked at him in amusement as he finished to put his shirt on, leaving the dirty one in the floor together with her shorts.

Hearing footsteps approaching, she turned around and was met with your form, staring at them in shock. She understood immediately what must have gone through your head as your eyes filled with tears, the pain evident as it was written all over your face.

"W-what?" You asked, looking up at your boyfriend.

"Who let you in?" Huffed Zoro, giving you a glare that would only make you feel worse. There was resentment in his eyes and it hurt. Now that he was drunk, he couldn't even see you clearly nor remember what he was mad about. He just knew he was mad at you.

"Perona." You whispered. "Did you...?" You said gesturing to Bonney, the poor woman shocked and caught in the middle of your quarrel.

"Yeah." Answered Zoro, not even knowing what the fuck you meant. He was too drunk. And mad.

"What?!" Screeched Bonney, realizing what Zoro just told you, his girlfriend.

"B-but... I thought..." You felt as if your heart had dropped down to the floor, leaving a painful hole in your chest. A feeling of emptiness and regret. "You slept with another woman?" You asked again, still in shock.

"Yeah!" He answered again, giving you a fiery gaze. He thought he was defying you, but in reality you were only been crushed by his words. Each sound that cane from his lips made you feel like he had tricked you, like he had never loved you and had only used you for his own pleasure.

"I thought you lov-" You didn't finish your answer as you started sobbing. Was this really happening? It felt unreal. "H-how could you?" You asked, feeling a wave of anger hitting you. He had told you he loved you. He had made love to you and said he had loved you for years. Was it just some stupid lie?

You felt a rush to slap his damn face, but you couldn't even bring yourself to do that.

"Well I'm sorry then. I guess that's it, huh?" You said clutching your bag and letting the tears run freely. Containing them wasn't worth the effort anyways.

"Well for your information, Law and I would never do anything that would compromise my love relationship with you. Seems like you never even knew what that meant." You growled at him, turning around to leave. You couldn't even look at him anymore.

"W-wait! No!" Bonney said as you left the place, looking at his brother in law in disbelief. "What the hell do you think you're doing?!" She screeched at Zoro, Perona peeking in from the door at his brother who just stood there, barely moving.

"What happened?" Asked Perona, hugging her girlfriend. "Ugh get the Zoro smell away from you." She scrunched up her nose as she dove into his brother's closet to get a clean shirt and passing it to her girlfriend. "Where did (Y/N) go?" Asked Perona innocently, still not reading the situation. You had already left the house. Heartbroken.

"Zoro told her he fucked me and she left in tears." Bonney said, still not understanding why the fuck Zoro had just fucked up his relationship like that. It didn't make any sense. Was he just mad at you and was trying to get back at you for hurting him?

"What?!" Growled Perona, hitting his brother in the head. "What the fuck gave you the right to treat (Y/N) like that?"

But Zoro wasn't listening. What did he just do? He couldn't think straight.

Did she say it was over?

He was at a loss for words, for actions. He blamed the alcohol. Did he really just fuck it up so bad? Not in the condition to speak, he finally fell on his bed, hearing the screeches of his sister being muffled as he fell unconscious.
