A couple of days after you caught him talking secretively with your family, which you were still a little suspicious about, but decided to leave it be for the meantime, it was finally time for Zoro's competition and you were beyond excited. You had already come to see him before, but never as his girlfriend, so it was going to be special. Besides, you knew he was an amazing swordsman, if not the best in town, and you wanted to celebrate his victories with him. You loved making him feel special, and you for sure were going to if you stayed with him during his activities.

"I have to go (Y/N)." Said Zoro as he held you by your waist. He had yet to enter the changing rooms and put on his weird armor thing they used in their competitions. You didn't really understand the fights and rules, but watching Zoro fight was mesmerizing. It was like watching a tiger, striking gracefully each time he attacked his opponent.

"Alright." You pouted, not wanting to leave his side.

"Hey~ don't miss me too much." He teased, kissing your lips as you giggled. "If you go inside you'll find Luffy in the seats."

"Alriight." You mumbled holding him tighter.

Zoro chuckled and kissed you again.

"You don't want me to leave~?" He asked with a smirk, forehead pressed against yours.

"Mhm." You mumbled something incoherent as you kissed him again and snaked your arms to the back of his neck. Zoro laughed softly and hugged you tighter by the waist. "Why can't I go with you?" You whined.

"Because it will be filled with other naked competitors." You frowned and hugged him tightly. You were being clingy, besides, you were going to see him once he finished the competition. Still, you couldn't help but want him all to yourself.

"Alright~. I'll go find Luffy." You peeled yourself off, suddenly remembering something. "Oh! Not that you need it, but, good luck!" You jumped on your boyfriend, making his heart melt as you kissed him deeply.

"Thanks Turtle." He said holding you firmly. "I'll dedicate all my wins to you~." He teased, nuzzling his nose into yours.

"And I'll cheer for you every single match!" You giggled.

"(Y/N)! Over here!" Your brother Ace yelled at you from the entrance for spectators. You pouted once again.

Seeing that you were now leaving his side made Zoro take in a deep breath. He was a tiny bit nervous. This was an important competition after all. He needed to win almost every match in order to gain new sponsors and patrons that would pay for his career to continue. If he didn't get any, he either had to change job or simply live poorly, something he couldn't afford since he wanted to live with you.

"You'll do great!" You sensed his stress and hugged him tightly, nibbling his neck softly in a playful manner. "Don't be nervous, whatever happens we'll be together as a strong couple to face it!" You smiled at him brightly, trying to tell him that there was nothing to worry about.

Zoro grunted and nodded, leveling his breath and calming down.

"I'll be watching, ok?"

"Thanks (Y/N)." He mumbled.

Damn she's too perfect. It's as if she was already my wife. Zoro thought, blushing as you referred to both of you as a strong couple. You were definitely wife material, and he wanted you to be his. Smiling at you, he dipped down and gave you one final kiss. He made your heart beat rapidly. He still had this effect on you and it drove you crazy, but in a good way.

"Good luck!" You repeated, turning around and going over to Ace.

"Talk about separation anxiety jeesh." He muttered.
