The Seige Begins

    The alarms that came on when a ship was coming out of hyperspace started to blare. They had finally arrived. Ahsoka wanted to make the trip to Mandalore quick. The sooner she got back to Corasaunt the sooner she could see Anakin again. "Commander we've arrived." Rex said, breaking her from her thoughts. "Have the gunships prepped." she asked Rex. It was good to see him again. "Yes sir!" "This is where the fun begins." she said to Bo Katan, who was standing next to Ahsoka. "The sooner this is over the better." She said. "Agreed." Ahsoka boarded a gunship. They were flying to the surface when a there was a jolt. "Hold on!" Rex yelled! The pilot opened the side doors and Mandalorians wearing red armor flew around all the gunships shooting missiles. "Get out there!" Bo Katan yelled before flying out of the ship. "I didn't think to bring you a jet pack!" Rex said. "Don't need one!" She saluted before jumping out of the ship. As Ahsoka fell through the air she heard Rex laughing. The air was chilly but she loved the feeling of it as it rushed past her. Ahsoka landed on a gunship below and ignites lightsabers. A Mandalorian stood on top of the ship and fired his blasters at her. She easily deflected the bullet. Ahsoka launched herself forward and cut off the tip of his gun. She turned around and round house kicked him in the head sending him tumbling off of the ship. She swung inside a gunship and used the force to push five Mandalorians out of the ship. Ahsoka jumped onto another ship and made her way through another wave of warriors. She looked ahead and saw a ship about to crash land. Ahsoka  started to run. Once she had a good start and reached the end of the ship she threw herself into the air. She used the force to pull herself towards the ship. She landed on the ship and ran to the front. A clone pilot was trapped in the cockpit and he was banging on the glass. Ahsoka cut through the glass and the parachute seat activated. "Thanks Commander!" She nodded and turned her attention to the rapidly approaching surface. Ahsoka braced herself for another jump and when she got close enough she launched herself in the air landing onto the platform. She did a forward roll and dug her lightsabers into the ground to control her speed. Ahsoka sprang up and took a ready stance as the gunship crashed and exploded behind her. The Mandolorians looked stunned before firing at her. She deflected the bullets as Bo Katan landed on the ground behind Ahsoka and started firing. Rex landed behind her and she turned off her lightsabers. "Beat you" She said. "Somethings never change." He laughed. They both ran into the city.
