Maul Captured

The battle raged below her. Ahsoka saw Rex and Jesse leading the 332nd against Mauls soldiers. She scanned the ground for Maul. When she didn't see him she turned to the side and saw a leg slip over the top of a wall. Ahsoka ran after him. She followed him to the top of the city. A ship waiting to collect Maul was floating out side of the glass dome. Maul prepared to get on his ship when Ahsoka said something. "Obi Wan was right. You are hard to kill." Maul turned to her and gave her a death glare. She ignited her lightsabers and sprinted at him. Ahsoka swung at his feet and he jumped over her saber. He swiped at her head and she ducked. He tried to punch her  stomach, but she moved out of the way. Ahsoka had to regain her balance and he took that opportunity to kick her in the face. She tumbled off the side and Ahsoka was barely able to grab the beam. He ran up to the roof and cut through the glass. He was going to get away! She swung on the beam and threw herself at him. She landed on his chest knocking him off of the beam and on to another. Ahsoka jumped on him trying to dig her lightsabers into his skull. He pushed her off and cut the beam in half. The beam sunk down. Ahsoka started to slip but she was able to gain her balance. Maul jumped over her and landed on the other side of her causing the beam to dip even more. He grabbed Ahsoka's wrist causing one of her sabers to fall into the city. She swung at him with her other saber and he punched her. Ahsoka dropped her other saber. She looked up at him, unarmed. "Now is your last chance. Join me, or die." "Never!" She snarled. He ran at her and she grabbed the hilt of his lightsaber. Ahsoka twisted it causing them to switch places on the beam. She pushed him over the edge and grabbed him with the force. "No! Let me go! Let me die!" Ahsoka continued to hold onto him as a gunship pulled up beside them. "We're all going to burn! We're all going to die!" He said enraged. Rex set his pistols to stun and shot Maul several times. Bo Katan shot a cord at him, tying him up. Ahsoka finally let him go. "We'll take it from here commander." She nodded at Rex and caught her breath. Ahsoka looked through the hole in the roof where Maul's ship used to be. She  closed my eyes and reached into the force. She felt- pain. So much pain. But whose pain?
