Your POV

I get up and get my bag. He's taller than me by a lot. "Okay then let's go." He says. He probably just wants to get info on dad or something. It's not a big deal though. "I didn't think you'd actually want to go to lunch with me." He says. "Why not it's just lunch?" I ask.

"Right." He says. "It's just that-" He says. "That I'm my father's daughter." I say. "Well that and the assistant said you reject a lot of people." He says. I just think. "Guess it's a habit or I don't want to talk with them at all." I say. "Wow you really are like Endeavor." He says.

"What?" I ask. "It's nothing." He says. He's so confusing what does he mean by that. Did I act rudely or something? It was silent I turn towards the cafeteria. He keeps going. "Where are you going?" I ask.

"What do you mean?" He asks. "Cafeteria is this way." I say. "Oh we aren't going to the cafeteria I'm taking you somewhere else." He says. "Okay." I say. I don't like how I can't read him.

We get to a restaurant. I normally don't go to restaurants for lunch. The cafeteria is good. Maybe I'm just being unpleasant. We sit at a table. "How can I help this lovely couple? Are you ready for drinks?" She asks. "Dr.pepper please." I say and look at the menu.

"Same." He says. "Got it." She says then leaves. "Sorry about that." He says. "Hm?" I say. "The whole couple thing. I'm sure you have a crush or someone you're in a relationship with." He says. "It's not your fault. I wanted to say something but I didn't because it'd probably hurt her feelings or it'd come out rude." I say. "Oh." He says.

"So why exactly did you want to have lunch?" I ask. "Just because." He says and rubs his neck. "So excuse me if I upset you." He says. I look at him with a raised eyebrow. "Do you not like your dad? Or do you want to be like him?" He asks. "I love my dad but I do not want to be like him. I don't try to at least. I've always been told you look like your father. That expression, that energy and that mood your always in. It's just who I am. How I look. It's not my fault some people aren't up to my standards. I only ask that you have some common sense and the ability to be civil. I'm not as cold and angry as my dad can be when handling situations. Teamwork may not be my strong suit but I at least try somewhat. Even though I know I can get the job done by myself." I say. "Oh." He says.

"It's okay that you don't know how to respond to that answer. I know that I'm not sociable and not the most enthusiastic. I just don't know much about you. So I'm staying this way....for now." I say. "So you do open up." He says amused. "What do you mean?" I ask. "I thought this would be completely silent. That this would be completely awkward." He says. "That'd be rude. To just not say anything. You did ask me to join you." I say. "True. I'm glad though that you said yes." He says with a smile. My heart beats louder and harder than usual. "Me too." I say.

We make our way back to the agency. "I should give you a nickname." He says. "Why? You don't even know me that well." I say. "Well eventually we may have to work together. Even though you don't like team work. It'll be like code names." He says. "We do have hero names you know." I say. "Well everyone will know our names. So if we have code names people will be confused." He says. "Okay what do you have in mind?" I say giving up.

"I'm gonna name you hot stuff." He says. "That's inappropriate." I say. "Why?" He says. "Because it is." I say. "Fine I'll think of something else." He says and pouts. It's kind of cute. "Only you can call me that okay?" I say.

"Okay." He says with a smile. "Now you give me one." He says. "I thought you'd pick it." I say. "Well you'll be calling me it so you'll remember it easier if you come up with it." He says. "Okay then." I say. I think for a minute. "Feathers." I say. "Hm?" He says.

"That'll be your nickname." I say. "Okay not bad. I'll see you later Blaze." He says. Then flies off.

To present

I've been thinking of all the memories all day. I get home and Keigo comes over. "Hey hot stuff." He says and kisses my forehead. "Hey." I say with a smile. "Ooo a smile. I must have brighten your day just from the sight of me." He says. I let him in and we go sit on the couch. "Yeah you have." I say staring at him in adoration.

He smiles. "So how's your day been?" He asks and pulls me to him. "I've been stuck on memory lane all day." I say. "Good memories?" He asks. "Mhm I remembered the first time we met. How much of a antisocial emotionless girl I was." I say. "You weren't." He says. I just look at him.

"Okay maybe but only a little. When we were talking I noticed something. Even though you were distant. You wanted to open up. I wanted you to too. I noticed you noticing me from a distance. I saw a bit of blush on your cheeks. You liked me and I felt it. If any girl was you they would slap me and burn me to a crisp for calling them hot stuff. You just didn't mind though. It made me feel like she kind of maybe does like me." He says.

I just look at him like the audacity of this man. "No I didn't." I say blushing. "Mhm keep telling yourself that hot stuff." He says with a smirk. "Fine maybe a little. I saw you before you saw me. I did think you were handsome. I didn't let it distract me though. Although you are very distracting. I had to do my best to focus when you were around. When I first saw you I was mesmerized by you. It took me a bit to snap out of it. So yes. I did like you. I only had a small crush on you. Nothing more." I say blushing deeper. "Mhm." He says with a smile and blush.
