CHAPTER 19

Derek's POV

I heard a distress howl and looked back to see that Emily wasn't there I followed her scent.

I saw her next to a black wolf with a left white paw I growled.

The wolf growled back and Emily growled at that wolf but got shocked.

I looked at her neck and saw a shock collar I instantly got mad and attacked the wolf but not long after Emily wimpered I looked over and she was getting shocked I stepped back and used my powers to get the shock collar off.

Emily's POV

While Derek fought with Hunter I kept getting shocked I whimpered when I finally couldn't take it anymore. Derek stopped fighting and looked at me then jumped off Hunter and stared at the shock collar all of a sudden a weight was lifted off my neck I looked down and there was the shock collar I looked up and there he stood I ran and tackled him then licked his face in thanks.

Then all of a sudden I was shoved off of Derek and pinned to the ground I opened my eyes to see hunter snapping at my face I pawed at his before taking him by surprise and lifting him in the air with wind.

I shifted back to my human side.

"Now when I let you down you will leave peacefully or else do you understand?" I asked in my Luna tone

He nodded then I quickly but calmly put him down and he scurried off.

"Lets go I'm tired now" I said then shifted and ran towards home Derek close behind.

As I reached the door black spots started to appear and I reached the couch, by now I had shifted, and put my hand out towards it but fell on the floor I tried to get up but sleep was over coming me and before I knew it I was in the presence of my mother again.

"Mom?" I asked "why did you call me here?"

"I have to tell you the truth"

"What truth?" I asked

"I have been dulling your senses making you see mates that weren't yours-"

"Wait so Tyi and Ash aren't really my mates?" I cut her off

"No-"

"Thank god but who is then?" I cut her off again

"I was getting there now listen anyway your true mate is..."
