(George x Amber)
-Amber's POV-
Waking up, I realised it was early. I didn't sleep well at all, due to last nights events flashing in my mind. I wondered how George thought of me now, and thinking about the worse started to sink my heart. I hoped that he didn't avoid me after finding out what I can actually do, other than using a wand and casting spells. I'd seen movies where the character with special abilities/powers had lost the people or one person they loved most, only because those people were afraid, and I didn't want him to be afraid, not of me.
Staring up at my ceiling, I felt a small tear fall from the corner of my eye and just as quickly as it left, I wiped away at it. My heart almost felt like a faint beat in my chest, all because I couldn't get it out of my head that George may not want to talk to me for a while, or worse, at all. I could understand if he were a little freaked out, because I was when I found out that I could do the things I can do.
Sighing, I put all my effort into lifting myself up and sitting on the edge of the bed. I didn't feel like I wanted to move, so instead, I got lazy with everything, and just used my power to bring everything I needed to me. Once it was all here, I began to get changed and as soon as I were finished, I headed to the bathroom to brush my teeth.

I made my way towards the door of the hospital wing, and gently, I opened it and peeked inside. Looking around as I entered, there was no-one in here yet, apart from just myself and Luna. I shut the door gently behind me, and started to approach Luna's bed, when she slowly turned her head to face my way. Smiling, I waved softly at her.
"Hey girl" I said softly, sitting myself down beside her bed.
"Hey Amber" Luna replied, a small smile on her face.
I took my hand to her forehead and then took her hand in mine, looking down at her, I smiled back.
"How're you feeling this morning?" I asked, studying her face.
Looking at her, the colour had definitely returned to her face, but I couldn't imagine how her head must feel, it must be like a never ending migraine right now, and I felt so sorry for her.
"My heads throbbing a little, but i'm doing okay" She answered, squeezing my hand gently.
"Where are the others?" She asked, looking around slowly.
"I'm sure they'll be here soon. How did you sleep?" I replied gently, my thumb stroking the back of her hand.
"Rough for the first hour, but eventually I completely dropped off" Luna said, looking back at me.
She gently pushed herself to sit up and gently, I wrapped my arm around her to help her re-adjust her position. Propping her pillow up behind her back, she sat back against it and relaxed.
"You know, I just wanted to say thank you" Luna whispered softly, and I felt my head cock to the side slightly.
"...For saving me" She commented, latching on to my obvious 'for what' face.
"Luna, you're one of my best friends. Of course i'm going to be there for you, I'm always going to be there for all of you" I said, smiling at her.
"Plus" I continued to speak,
"Harry was the one that found you. He came out to come and see you after you had been gone for a little while, if it wasn't for us knowing his voice when he shouted, we possibly wouldn't have made it in time to save the both of you. He's lucky he got there when he did, you were unconscious at the back of the Three Broomsticks" I finished explaining, and Luna looked as if she tried to remember what happened, but couldn't quite put the pieces together.
"You were attacked" I felt my voice quieten, and Luna squeezed my hand once more.
"Hey, it's okay. Don't worry about it, I'm here, that's the main thing" She smiled as she responded.
I nodded and rested my head atop of both of our hands.

I had been laying awake for what felt like hours, yet I couldn't be bothered to move. I had put some hard thought into what had happened and what I had seen last night, and honestly, Amber never fails to amaze me. I didn't know she could do what she can, and yet, she did, the only thing that disheartened me a little, was that she never told me that she could do it. But I wasn't angry at her, or even annoyed. There was no way I could ever be annoyed at her, I loved her too much and yet, she didn't know.
