Penny had begun to feel so much free. Royce had taken her along on recruiting missions across the world. They commuted back and forth to America. A day here and there in South America. A few days in other European countries. She saw dragons, played with unicorns and collected suvionners. The promise that she made to George remained strong. Penny found herself home in the apartment above Weasley Wizard Wheezes every three days if not sooner. The summer time was amazing for George and Penny. During the day, George and Fred worked at the shop while Penny was out traveling with her father to recruit to the cause. Most trips didn't take longer than a day, and when she returned to her new home there was always dinner waiting and her favorite people. Today she was on her way back from a few day trip to Japan. Exhausted, she separated from her father and knocked on the apartment door.

There sounded like a commotion before the door opened. The dominant twin opened it with a smile. "George is picking up dinner." Fred was still in his brown work clothes. "Why didn't you let yourself in?"

"Brilliant." She came in, "I think I left them here by mistake. Usually I don't use the door either."

Fred sat himself down at the table that was full of order forms. "How was Japan? Any luck?"

"I'll explain at dinner. I just want to get out of these clothes." She called out to him as she walked in her bedroom. Last week George had finally built the dresser they purchased so her clothes were finally officially moved in. She pulled out some of her lacy undergarments and her silk pajama set. The shower was absolutely brilliant. It washed away all the frustration from her trip. Thankfully the twins had their own bathrooms in their respective rooms so when there was a knock on the door, she knew it had to be George. "Yeah?"

She watched through the steamy air as her handsome boyfriend opened the door. "May I join you?"

She smiled, "You don't have to ask."

George stripped out of his work clothes and hopped in the shower with her. "I've missed you. Three days felt like an entire year, Pens." He hugged her tightly as the water dripped down the two of them.

Penny gently kissed him to show him that she missed him. "I got you and Freddie something while I was there. But you get it after dinner because I'm starving." With a few provocative touches she hopped out of the shower leaving George to finish by himself.

After being dressed both of them joined Freddie at the table for dinner. He cleared off the sheets and laid out the pizzas that were brought home. "Now, how was Japan?" Freddie asked,

She didn't smile. "Not very good. People didn't want to involve themselves. We got one person. Only one. It seems like You Know Who is recruiting strongly in Bulgaria. I was going to head there in a few days but Remus thinks it's too risky."

Fred scratched his head feeling a bit down on the news. "It feels like we're going to be outnumbered."

"Facing some horrible casualties." George said in solem.

Penny wanted to lighten the mood. "But I brought you home something special." She quickly ran over to her bag that Freddie hung up for her. She pulled out two little figurines. "These are Purotekutā. You place them outside your shop at night and they will protect it from any intruders."

Both boys enjoyed the gift and promised it would be set out the next night. "What have I missed?"

"We went home the other night, Mum was asking about you." George said,

Fred smiled, "They start school next week. It'll be weird not going with them."

Penny cleaned up the kitchen after dinner, "Has it really been an entire summer already? Feels like the incident had just happened."
