Penny woke up that morning more excited than ever before. She found herself practically praying for Ruby to wake up. It was a day off of classes which meant that the Hogsmead trip was happening. She didn't have much time to tell her before they would see Fred and George at breakfast. "Ruby!"

She groaned but woke up to her best friend. "What Penny? No classes means sleep through breakfast, remember."

"I was with George last night." Penny covered her mouth as soon as it slipped out.

Her mouth dropped, "You mean you-"

Penny cut her off before she said anything more. "No absolutely not." She then went on to explain what happened in their magical little bubble. She started by excluding their argument but began with back in the common room. As she explained it sounded like a scene from a movie but it was real life and happening to her.

"Penny, oh my. What a date!" She squealed excitedly for her friend.

Then Penny became quiet. "I'm not sure if it was a date."

Ruby didn't want to hear any of that. Without her friend's knowledge she was going to ask him at the table. And when she did, it made everything more awkward. "George you dog."

He looked confused as he and Fred sat down. "She must be talking about your little dance last night." Fred elbowed him. "So when's the wedding?"

"Fred." George hissed, "We're just seeing what happens. No pressure or anything." It was like he gritted it through his teeth and then looked to see that I was silent.

He shrugged it off. "Watch this ladies." He shot a tiny dragon firework at the Slytherin table causing a bunch of fifth years to jump up.

Ruby rolled her eyes. "I hope you get in trouble for that."

"I'll take you down with me love." He flirted back at her. "Come on ladies, we've got a secret meeting to attend to."

"Secret meeting?" George played into their little skit. They must have planned this before.

"Why yes George, you know why it's called that?"

"Because it's a secret?"

"Exactly right." He and George got up. "Let's get a move on ladies, they won't wait forever."

Ruby and I grabbed their hand as they apperated us all into the location. Neither of us were too happy to just be apperated like that. Ruby as the loud one took no spare minute to yell at them. "You cannot just do that without warning!"

The twins in sync said, "Sounds like our mother."

It was practically a shack, the girls waltz through the snow with the twins to reach a small grey room. There were a few other people already there, it wasn't just gryffindor there were hufflepuff and ravenclaw. No one was surprised that Slytherin wasn't invited. Penny had been itching with questions since the arrived but George wouldn't answer if she asked. Finally Hermione began speaking and the entire room was shocked when she learned that Harry Potter would be teaching a defence against the dark arts and after receiving some flack, the room agreed to it. George yanked Penny's arm to sign her name right after he did.

The meeting had ended and George, Penny, Harry, Hermione, Ginny, Ron and Neville walked back to the school together. "First we need to find a place to practice where Umbridge won't find out."

Ginny trailing along behind him rather quickly chimed in, "The shrieking shack?"

It was dismissed immediately, "To small."
