"You know dear, your father is worried that the world isn't ready for what's happening." Molly Weasley confided in Penny during one of their tea chats. "In my opinion, it's not going to matter whether they're ready or not."
Penny rubbed her face with her hands. Some time had passed since she had last seen Molly, and it felt like there was so much to tell her. "I have vivid dreams about it."
Molly took a sip of her tea. "Have you talked to Harry about it?"
Penny nodded.
"I'm sorry dear. I remember the last time he rose to power. My brothers were in the order, they fought with their life. We definitely are in the early stages my dear." Like the thought just occurred Molly popped up and searched through her drawers until she pulled out a clear orb.
She placed it on the table. "Molly what is this?"
With her sweet motherly smile, "Take it in your hand dear."
Trusting Molly like she would her own mother. The ball became warm in her hand like it was creating heat. She wasn't sure what device this was but she saw Molly staring at it intently. The ball lit up in a bright blue which only increased Molly's curiosity. "What is it doing?"
Molly removed the ball from her hand and took it on her own. "My dear, we need to see a healer immediately."
That was never good news. "Why? What's wrong?"
Noticing Penny's anxiety rising, "Nothing dear. In fact I think this is a very good thing."
WIthout saying much more to Penny, Molly got the fireplace prepared to head the local healer. Penny tried asking questions but Molly wasn't listening. She was dragged around the village until they came upon the small healers shop. "Molly? You aren't-"
Molly smiled at the healer like they were good friends. "Not me, Marzia. Penny dear go have a seat over there."
The older woman with pepper hair walked slowly over to Penny sitting on the stool. "Nice to see you again dear."
Penny wasn't sure who this woman was. "I'm sorry we've met before?"
Mariza laughed an old woman laugh, "I was the one who fixed up your body so long ago. Your scars are fading. That is good."
In a small voice Penny smiled at the woman. "Nice to officially meet you."
"Yes, yes. Now Molly tells me that you are pregnant." She began using her wand to scan over Penny's body.
The young newly weds mouth dropped down and she looked at her mother in law. "I don't think so." Her heart rate picked up so rapidly. She felt like she could pass out at any moment.
Molly grabbed Penny's hand. "Dear the orb is never wrong. It wouldn't have worked if you weren't pregnant."
Mariza nodded in agreement. "Molly has been using the orb since Charlie was born."
Penny could feel herself hyperventilating. The older woman and Molly came to her side and began rubbing her back. "My father is going to kill me. Fred is going to kill George. It's going to be a genocide before the war even starts."
"Shhhh shhhh sweetheart." Marzia cooed which magically gave her a calming breeze.
Molly rubbed her back. "I know how you are feeling dear. I had Bill when I was about twenty."
"I remember that Molly." Mariza laughed, "You were just as nervous as she. Except you have Arthur here with you. He was worse than you."
Molly smiled reminiscing on that day. "Oh yeah, he was still working in the misuse of muggle office. Barely making any money because he was just a worker. He came with me because I had a hunch and when Marzia confirmed it, he fainted." She laughed at her husband's faint heartedness.
