And I finally got what I wanted!

Khalid_

Even though it was drizzling a little, Khalid came out of his car and trailed the pathway to the shabby building situated along the Bush. He was on an assignment to fish out the culprit that invaded a provision store last night, and he suspected their hideout to be that shabby house. It was confirmed to him that that's where the clique usually stay and smoke, so there he is, even though it sounds risky going alone, but he couldn't help it as his curiosity to find those culprit superseded all other excuses his brain might come up with.

He took the path hastly as he was already getting soaked as the drizzles had intensified into a light rain.

And once he'd got close to the building, he brought out his gun and stalked quietly in, flanking behind the door as he peeped in through a crack hole. The house seemed to be rid of its occupant as it sounded completely silent inside, so he slowly pushed open the door and poked his head in.

There were so many empty beer cans and remnant of cigarettes all littered around the shabby room that held maimed benches and broken tables being supported with blocks and trumps. Khalid scanned around in probe for any evidence or something that might lead him to know the culprits whereabout.

He bent down and picked a piece of crumpled paper on the floor and unfolded it as he returned his gun into his back pocket. Peering at the writing on the paper closely gave him the idea what the paper is. It was a primary school exam paper and it seems it was used to wrap weed with as it still held some tiny twigs of the weed that clamped to the paper.

He squeezed the paper into a ball and flung away just as he quickly brought out his gun when he heard noises from outside. He stroke his gun forward and propelled towards the exit.

Two guys that where coming towards the building quickly took a race back the moment they beheld Khalid with a gun.

"Stop their or I shoot!" Khalid clamored after the running lads as he quickly scampered after them, and they stopped on their track trembling. "If you move again I swear I'll shoot." He gave more warning as the other lad gave an attempt to run again.

Khalid quickly scurried towards them, stopping at their front as he stroke his gun towards their heads. "Who are you and what business do you have in that building."

"Wallah we.....wwwe we're just here to play." One of the guy stuttered, still trembling as he beheld the gun close to his head.

"We're not bad guys I swaer to God!" The other lad uttered too. He seemed to be more composed and unfazed than the other guy. The guys looked young, between sixteen and eighteen.

"Then do you know the people that usually stay there. If you don't answer me right I swear I'll take you to the office and deal with you." Khalid propelled forward as he put his gun away. The guys didn't look like the culprits as they described them to be older, unlike this young toddlers. The other guy that's more composed relaxed and started narrating.

"It's some guys that usually go there to smoke and drink. We do go there everyday after they left and scavenge for something we can have. They usually forget some money or an important belongings when they're drunk so we'll go there and claim it."

Khalid shook his head amusingly. "So you guys are mini-thieves right?"

"No, no we're not thieves," the one that was trembling said vehemently. "We're just after what they discarded or left there."

"Yes, that's right."

Khalid nodded and went on. "So do you know the guys that do stay in there?"

"A little." They answered in chorus, then the more composed one went ahead to narrate. "Sometimes we do stalk around until they're done so we usually see them from far as they're exiting the building.

They explained to Khalid some of their features and what they looked like. Khalid thanked them and walked towards his car. He will give more effort and come back the next day as the guys had told him the exact time the culprit do visit the place.

As he zoomed his car towards home, he couldn't help but to start thinking about his wife. They've been married for Six weeks now, and nothing had ever happened between them. She doesn't even want to give him a chance even as he kept trying hard. And the worst thing is that everyday her love is increasing in his heart. He has to do something, maybe............

He trailed off as he came up with an idea of what to do. He need to keep trying until she's able to open up to him.

💝💘💝

Amirah had just finished arranging the table when Khalid walked in with Salam. She answered with a little smile and moved on with what she was doing.

Khalid walked up to her and embraced her from behind, then pressed a kiss on her neck which she didn't decline but winced a little. It seems the guy really wants to stir up trouble as he's trying to be more intimate with her those days.

She finished setting the table and turned to face him. "So how's work?"

"Well, a little hectic but I was able to pull through if not that I've been missing you terribly." He winked at her and smiled, but she looked away quickly and dashed towards her room.

"Let me pray magrib then we have dinner," she said before disappearing into her room. Even though she knows she's denying him his right, but she can't help it, and she expect him to understand too because she got married to him not because she wanted, but because of the circumstances riveting her life. She have been asking Allah to forgive her because she couldn't be a good wife to Khalid, and she knew he's hurting alot.

After they had their dinner, Amirah went back to her room and continue with her thoughts, because that's what she enjoyed doing, trailing the footsteps of memory where Amin's always there. Though Khalid had pleaded to her to stay and chat a little, but she couldn't grant him that favour as she started feeling a little dizzy and drowsy immediately after meal.

Just as her eyes was about to close, the door to her room budged open, and Khalid made himself visible before her. She put up her head a little and peeked at him. "Khalid do you need something?"

Khalid shook his head, and before she could say more, he'd already mounted up the bed and lay close to her. "I just want to stay beside you tonight."

Amirah grunted, but she's too sleepy to argue with him. She put her head back on the pillow and rest her mind peacefully.

In between her sleep, she felt a hand groping her waist and stopped on her stomach, then lingered there a little bit.

"Are you sleeping already?" She heard Khalid uttered, still rubbing her stomach gently sending shivers to her whole body.

She opened wide her eyes and turned to face him, but her eyes was clouding and all she could see was the image of Amin lying beside her. Is it another dream? Because that's what she'd been doing lately, dreaming of him awfully much. He placed his mouth on hers and she responded to his kiss which went gently. He escalated the speed as he sought after her tongue hungrily, and in the next moment, they were panting heavily like they've ran for an hour without stop.

It's really Amin, she thought blurrily and quickly sought after his lips again which he let her have, and they kissed for a long time before his mouth wandered around her neck and her collarbone. He licked his way up to her throat and she responded with a gasp, giving him more spunk to move on.

And he finally got his way with her.
