"Eve dear?" A woman asked, presumably his mother as she sat down on the wooden stool. Her golden locks covering her face as she would give the young boy a smile. "How are you feeling...?" Trying his best to respond, the blonde would attempt to wrap his small arms around his mother. Wanting the attention from his loving parent.
"M...Mama..." He called, awaiting for the warm embrace he had expected. To which he did receive except on what he didn't expect was for the sweet woman to begin sobbing. Being so young, he had no clear understanding on why his mother was crying. Only questions were being asked and only that. Yet they were left unanswered. Because the only thing that would pass was pure silence inside his head. "Dear..." She began, now allowing Eve to look at the green pair of eyes in front of him.
"Stay strong for I will always love you."
From the sight from the area, the mushroom haired male would then hold his mask gently. Allowing himself to take fresh air after the his time around the many people in the area from before. Though he did admit, he really did enjoy himself. Especially. with the blue-eyed male being Sou. Everything he did with him was either well, from what the albino said was hilariously cute or just flat out chaotic. Which was a surprising response considering how incredibly calm he and Sou are with each other and yet they actually managed to appear chaotic in the angel's eyes. He then laughed at the thought, smiling as he would place his mask back on his face. "Huh... Perhaps we were though... not as much as those two were compared to us."
That was indeed true considering the fact that the albino had quite literally chased around the swordsman when he tried feeding him another one of the chocolates. Which had led Eve and Sou to be left alone a few times. For they had enjoyed the show as they ate their own pieces chocolates. Since there were several times where it even left Soraru to have to climb up a tree in order to avoid Mafu's occasional "hug attacks" so he prefers to call it. Now, did he nearly get caught? Yes.
Did he allow himself to get caught? No.
Though as of now, Eve then looked back. Taking his time to return back to the other three males since he had only left to get some fresh air and a little bit of time for himself. Yet thinking about all of the good moments with them had made him realize that there really is a lot more than what meets the eye. Especially with Sou. Perhaps he really should tell him sooner or later, shouldn't he? Though it wasn't that he was scared to tell him is feelings, it was more of the fear from not being accepted.
"Eve-san!"
Looking from the side of his bed, the young boy tilted his head, seeing the blonde in front of him who had a smile on his face. It was one of his friends who was very close to him. He went ahead and tried reaching to the younger boy, wanting to speak with him as well but to only find that his mouth had only spilled silence instead. This led the blue-eyed boy to hug Eve instead himself. "I'm really happy to see you again!" He said, smiling innocently as he then let go, showing who was behind him. It was the rest of his dear friends, each holding little decorated boxes. Which was something that led the mushroom hair child to grow curious.
Then a certain albino came up front and playfully pushed Sou gently, "Nee~ Sou-chan! Go ahead and give it to him!!" In response, the young boy giggled from seeing the tiny angel's excitement. To this, he began to sit beside their dear friend, gently giving it over to him as Eve would just accept it. He then untied the blue ribbon as the box unfolded itself to reveal what seemed to be a mask. One of which had looked quite firm but as weird it might had seemed to be of choice, Eve had actually joked around once around Sou talking about a goofy-like mask. One he could wear without ever feeling easily flustered around other people. He then smiled brightly and weakly held onto the younger into a warm embrace.
