Manpriya's POV:
"That infamous jerk, Viraj." I said to my mother-in-law as Shakshi and Radhika coughed. Wait- *faceplam* I shouldn't have said that.
"What?!" My mother-in-law asked.
"I-I mean that guy who is found at the tea stall with his gang. And also he is a spolied brat and flirt-"
"ENOUGH!" Disha yelled making everyone shock again as I chuckled a little.
"Calm down Disha. I'm not done yet." I said and turned towards my mother-in-law "So I saw them together and also I'm sure that something is going on between them. Mom, I'm not telling all this to manipulate her but it's for her own good. Also he is not a good guy."
My mother-in-law turned towards Disha and angrily said. "Disha, what the hell is going on?"
"Nothing mom!" She quickly denied. "What if she is lying?"
Without wasting a minute, a tight slap landed on her face "Don't try to play innocent with me!" Mrs Chauhan warned. "I'm freaking tired of the dramas. So tell me what's going on?"
"M-Mom?" Disha trembled "It maybe a misunderstanding. I don't know him properly also."
"That means Manpriya is lying?" Mrs Chauhan folded her arms.
"I really don't know what she is talking about but Viraj is just my classmate and except that I don't have any relation with him!" She said, making me shock. How can someone act so beautifully?
"Disha?" I approached as she gritted her teeth. "Listen, that guy is not good at all."
"Why will I do by knowing that he is good or bad?" She yelled.
"Is it too hard to tell the truth?" I shouted. "You can't ignore the fact that I saw you guys today and also I'm doing this for your own good. He is an ultimate pervert and will let you fall in trouble someday. He might end up playing with your emotions also." I said and her eyes were filled with tears.
"W-Why are you continuously blaming me?" Disha asked. "Well, what proof do you have?"
I have never seen such a disobedient girl like her! And prove...? Like really? Why can't she see the mistake she is making ?
"Manpriya! Disha!" Finally father-in-law interfered in this. "It's better to stop all these here."
"No dad. She has to give me proof!" Disha said.
"Alright. I need sometime for that." I sighed as she smirked.
"Ok then, I'll also try to find what the real situation is." Disha said and went to her room "Remember, after two days we'll be here with our proofs."
·
I came back to my room as Shakshi and Radhika also came inside.
"See," Shakshi said "You tried to help her and what she did?"
"I'm telling you Priya, she is upto something. It's better to leave the matter." Radhika said.
"The situation is out of control and if I back off now, then everyone will make fun of me." I said.
Seriously, that's why we shouldn't help others if there is no benefit for our own.
"How will you gather proof then?"
"I don't know...." I replied "Maybe I think I should talk to Viraj."
"Do you think he will tell you the truth?" Radhika asked "I think he also know Disha's plan."
"But I have to prove something and my bad, I should've clicked the pictures and that night..."
"Night? What?"
"Oh. I forgot to tell you." I said and told them about I saw Viraj and Disha at the kitchen.
"Gosh! They moved too fast?" Shakshi did a faceplam. "It's better if you don't go between them or else you'll be in trouble."
"But I can't leave the matter also." I said.
"Why do you care when she doesn't?" Radhika asked
"I know I shouldn't but still....ok! Now only thing I've to concentrate on is to gather proof." I stood up and they nodded. After that Shakshi and Radhika left and I decided to call Manprit.
"What happened?" He asked instead to "Hello"
"Listen, I need your help." I said and told him about everything "Don't tell this to mom and dad or they will be tensed.
"You are seriously a troublemaker." he said "who told you to poke your nose in all that?"
Hehe, why everyone is saying the same thing? Well, the main reason for why I did that is I wanted to take revenge and also hate that Viraj. But I can't tell that right?
"What's done can't be undone and please I need your help." I pleased.
"Ok, tomorrow I'll come to your locality and try to gather information about him." he replied as I smiled.
"Thank you sooo much, bro."
"Yea yea and be careful of that Disha. She doesn't seem like a nice girl to me." with that he hanged up.
I kept my phone aside and thought not to tell Anant about it. He will be more tensed and I don't want to hear the same words from him. I went out to the kitchen to prepare some food as Disha gave me a look that said "You're dead now."
What's with that look? And what the hell is she planning?
I ignored her and decided to concentrate on cooking. My mother-in-law and the whole family was in tension and was trying to read our expressions. *Sigh* I really don't like this family.
