We all talked a bit more until I went to bed. Griffin and I talked for a bit, although I was wrapped up in my own thoughts.

"So, what can cause you to lash out?" Griffin asked, getting into bed.
"Anything, a word, a sound, a smell." I said, laying my head on his chest.
"Anything specific?" he asked, stroking my hair.
"No, I'm sorry I didn't tell you."
"It's okay, I understand why you didn't."
"But, there shouldn't be any secrets."
"Well, maybe not. But everything takes time." He said, kissing my head, I eventually fell asleep.

*Dream*
I was in the hospital, but didn't know why. What is going on? I heard a doctor mention something about a heart transplant. Why are they talking about a heart transplant? Wake up. I must have had the surgery, the next thing I know I was home. But Griffin was nowhere to be found. I want to wake up.
I was then at NCIS, looking around still not seeing Griffin. Dad was holding Shannon, Isabelle was with Maddie. "What's going on?" I said, they didn't say anything. "Where's Griffin?" They all got a sad look in their eyes.

"What, where is he?" Did we get divorced? Did he leave me? "You seriously don't know?" Dad said, Maddie was crying softly, so was Abby. "Know what, where is Griffin?" Why are they being so secretive? "Who do you think gave you your heart?" Maddie said. Wake up, please let me wake up. "Kelly, wake up" I heard Griffin say. No, you're dead.

*End of dream*
I felt someone shaking me, but didn't know who. Griffin was dead, right? "Kelly, wake up." I opened my eyes to see Griffin, I jumped in his arms, clinging to him, not letting go. He stroked my hair, trying to calm me. Like he did any other time I had a nightmare.

"Calm down." I kept crying, I tried listening to him but I was scared that if I let go of him he'd vanish.
"Kelly, calm down." I was calm enough to talk normally, although I was still shaking. "Do you want me to get you some water?" I nodded. I tried to get up, but my grip was too strong. I pulled him back down.

"Babe, If you want water I'm going to have to get up." I shook my head. "Kelly, look at me." I looked at him, reluctantly. "I'm right here, I'm not going anywhere. The minifridge is in our room. I'll still be in the room. Okay?" I nodded and slowly let him go. He got up, turning on the lamp. He walked to the minifridge, I got scared again, jumping up and clinging to him again. He grabbed the water, setting it on the nightstand then picking me up, putting me in his lap sitting on the bed.

"Here, drink this." he said, handing me the water. I took a drink then set it back on the nightstand. He rubbed my back, comforting me.

"Do you want to talk about it?"
"It was just a nightmare."
"Was it about mawher?"
"No."
"Your past?"
"No."
"The drugs?"
"No."
"Then what was it about?"
"You." I said, remembering the nightmare.
"What about me?" He said, putting his head on mine.
"I had to have a h-heart transplant. I don't know why. Then after the surgery, I went home but you weren't there. Then I went to NCIS, everyone was there but y-you weren't. I kept asking where you were but no one answered. Then M-maddie said 'who do you think gave you your heart.' I was scared that if I let go then you'd vanish." I started crying again.

He held me tighter, kissing my head again.
"Kelly, I'm right here. I'm not going anywhere" I heard the door open, I didn't look to see who it was.
"Is she Okay?" dad asked, I looked at the clock, just after 2.

"Yeah. she's okay. Just nightmares." I heard footsteps coming to the otherside of the bed.
"Anything relevant?"
"Not unless you have any idea about why she'd have a heart transplant."
"No, can't think of anything."

*Griffin's POV*
I talked with Gibbs a bit more, still holding Kelly. I heard Shannon start to cry, Kelly didn't move.

"Kelly...Kelly.." I said, tapping her arm, she still didn't move. I lifted her off me, setting her on her side of the bed. I went to release my grip to take care of Shannon. Kelly tightened her grip, pulling me on top of her. I tried again, she did the same thing and started whining.

"Okay, it's gonna be one of those nights. She isn't letting me go." I looked towards Gibbs. He nodded.
"I got her."
"Thanks." He left the room, taking care of Shannon. He didn't come back in. I grabbed Kelly, rolling on my back, holding her in my arms then finally going back to sleep.
