Father, we thank Thee for Thy loving care,
And for all the blessings that we share.
For the blessed Saviour, Your only Son,
Who fought the battle, the victory won.
For family and friends, far and near,
Who give to us a word of cheer.
We thank Thee, Lord, for babies sweet,
And we place them at Thy blessed feet.
Father God, we thank Thee, too,
For all the good things that You do.
For waking us to see a new day,
We thank Thee as we kneel down to pray.
And then in the soft rays of the setting sun,
We rest in Thy bosom when the day is done.
