So many blessings 'round my door,
I do not wish for treasures more;
A warm soft breeze, a touch of grern,
A tiny bud I had not seen.
When day is dark and filled with gloom,
A robin sings a cheery tune;
A neighbor comes to chat awhile,
A warm bright face with sunny smile.
God sends each day some sweet surprise
If I but walk with open eyes;
Strength for the day He sends anew
For daily tasks that I must do.
Just to know He's ever near
Fills my day with endless cheer.
So many blessings 'round my door
So many things I'm thankful for!
