Chapter 23☀︎︎

I woke up to Charli's light snores and her arms tangled around me.  I didn't want to wake her so I went on my phone for a while until I felt her moving around.

I noticed her slowly opening her eyes and smiling once she saw me. I brushed the hair out of her face and whispered "Morning Char, you wanna go to dunkin and maybe the beach?" She  whispered back a short yes and kissed my cheek.

I got up and threw on a pair of shorts, a white cropped tank top and a swaetshirt over it. I also pit my bathing suit on under if. Charli put on something similar. I grabbed my keys and when we were about to leave she said "oh wait let me get my money" but before she could go anywhere I grabbed her hand and said "nope. It's my treat"

"You sure?" She asked turning back around and smiling warmly. "Positive babes" I replied opening the door for her. She happily walked out and to my car but before she could get there I ran in front of her to open the door for her.

She looked up at me and gave me a toothy smiled which I returned. I walked over to my side and also got in. I put my seat belt on and started driving. Charli play some songs and we sang all of them together.

"Can I please play lil peep nowww?" I begged Charli for the tenth time. She sighed and said "fine go ahead" I clapped my hands and played my songs.

-time skip-

We pulled out of dunkin with our drinks in hand and I drove a short distance down the road to a beach. I parked and got a blanket out of the backseat.

Charli got out also and we began to walk further down the beach where less people were.

We walked for about five minutes then we came to a nice spot so I put the blanket down and we sat on it looking out at the dark blue ocean.

Charlis POV

While we were sitting there I got lost in my thoughts, I really wanted to ask Bella to be my girlfriend but I also didn't want to rush into things and potentially ruin it.

I think I'll wait a little until I do, I'm just going to enjoy our relationship how it is until we decide to put a label on it. She will also be the first girl I have ever dated so that's another reason why I wanna wait a while.

"Can we take some pictures, I haven't posted on Instagram in a while" I asked her giving a little pout.
"Sure Char" she answered grabbing my phone from me.

I posed and she took a few pictures of me, then we set up a little stand out of the stuff we had and took some timer pictures.

When we were done I looked through them and posted a couple.
