Chapter 19: Richard's True Identity

Anirudh came to the hall. On his mind were the words Bondita uttered to him.
"I might've dressed up myself for you, probably you must've never noticed."

"Why she's so, did I never noticed Bondita if she... I am not doing some sort of injustice to her? I think its my fault totally. I shouldn't have asked her that if she ever dressed up for me or not. Anirudh, get into your senses by doing all those things you are just building up her hopes. You are just hurting her more enough. Even if you can't give her love at least you should not hurt her." - uttered Anirudh to himself

Bondita's words really made him moan. He was silent all through. He sat on the sofa and opened his book again trying to distract his mind again.

Batuk and Trilochan Kaka realised that their plan seem to have failed as Anirudh who should have acted furious enough is more calm like a sea.

"Kaka, what happened to Dada? Why is he so silent! Kaka if this Richard plan won't work then how can we bring Bodi and Dada close?" - asked concerned Batuk

"Wait Batuk let me see!" - Trilochan Kaka

Trilochan Kaka went towards Anirudh.

"Anirudh, what happened? Did you come to know who this Rohan babu is?" - inquired Trilochan Kaka

"Yes Kaka, its totally nothing like that what you all are thinking. Rohan is Bondita's very good friend, they studied together in London. Now when he is here, don't you think its obvious for Bondita to invite him to our house?" - replied Anirudh calmly and got engrossed in his book again.

"Yes, but what's the reason of doing so much preparations for his arrival?" - interrupted Kaka trying to manipulate the calm Anirudh

"Kaka, that guy lived in London obviously Bondita would try to make a good impression of Roy Chaudhary's on him and also the house already needed some cleaning right? So what's the problem when Bondita is doing now!" - replied Anirudh

Kaka came back to Batuk who was standing at a corner of hall, desperately waiting for Kaka's arrival.

"What happened Kaka?" - inquired curious Batuk

"I thought, I would go and manipulate Anirudh's thoughts regarding that Rohan but he only manipulated my thoughts regarding that London returned guy." - uttered disappointed yet furious Kaka

"That means our plan miserably failed, isn't it Kaka?" - asked disappointed Batuk

"Yes Batuk, I thought if I would act as if Bondita is being more concerned about that Rohan than Anirudh then probably Anirudh won't like it because all through these years for Bondita only Anirudh mattered but now Anirudh, he doesn't care at all if Bondita dresses herself for Rohan or takes care of his likes or dislikes!" - replied concerned Trilochan Kaka

Swabhagyawati came in haste.

"KSJ KSJ! Wait, what happened to you both?" - Swabhagyawati

"Swabhagyawati, per mai motor gaadi ke pahiye lage hai kya? (Is motor car wheels have been fitted in your legs?) That you are running around in the house like anything." - uttered raged Trilochan Kaka

"KSJ, what are you saying! Per mai kabhi motor gadi ke pahiye lage hue dekhe hai aapne? (Have you ever seen motor car's wheels being fitted in legs?) You are so funny Kaka!" - uttered Swabhagyawati smiling.

Trilochan Kaka gave her a furious look.

"Here we are being tensed about whats happening in the house and others are concerned about motor car's wheels." - uttered raged Kaka

"But KSJ, you only started about motor car's wheels!" - interrupted Swabhagyawati

"Swabhagyawati bodi, its just an idiom. Ignore it!" - uttered Batuk calmly
