Chapter 16

Nayeon's POV

After I passed the report of Yoongi, I went ahead leaving Jimin and the manager since they will still talk.

Just as I was about to enter the room, my phone vibrated catching my attention.

Hi Nayeon

My eyebrow raised. Who is this?

I just shrugged the thoughts away and ignored the message finally entering the room and towards my office only to be greeted by Jungkook sitting on my office chair.

Once he felt my presence, he turned around and greet my eyes. I smiled at him and so did he.

"What took you so long? Based from my experience, going there to the manager's office and back here doesn't last for 10 minutes if you will just pass a report." He said leaning on my chair.

I chuckled lightly. "I was talking to someone."I said.

I then flinched when he sit up straight after I said those words.

"Who 'someone'? Is it a 'he'?" I chuckled at his cutenes.

"Just a friend. Stand up now, I have to continue my report." I said holding his left arm so he can stand up.

"Aniyo~ tell me who is this 'someone' first."

We spent a whole 3 minutes arguing about it when one of our co employee scold us for being to lovey dovey.

Tho I denied, she didn't believed us and just smirk before heading back to her table.

Now, I am pouting like a kid while doing my report.

"If you continue to pout, I would kiss you." I snap back to reality and found Jungkook looking at me with a smile.

I rolled my eyes at him. "You wouldn't."

"You're challenging me?"

"Definitely."

"Are you sure?"

"Never been more sure."

"Okay, you ask for i-"

"Hey Nayeon!"

Me and Jungkook turn around and then I spotted Jimin waving at me with our manager.

"Hey" I greeted with a smile.

"Nayeon, since Jimin knows you already, do you mind helping him for his first few days?" Our manager asked.

"Sure." I shortly agreed.

"Right. Jimin's table is behind yours. Feel free to ask help from her when you need."Manager said to Jimin.

"Thanks manager-nim."

After that, a technician installed Jimin's computer then he started doing his work.

"Is that the 'someone'?"I turn to my side and found Jungkook near me.

I nodded but then earning a pout from Jungkook.

"Aish, I should've went with you. Now you are talking to some guys." I laughed at his statement.

"You really don't know how to hide that jealousy of yours. Don't worry, I don't like anyone."

"Including me?"

"That's a secret"

It is now time to go home so everyone is currently packing their stuffs while others are alrwady heading out.

"Unnie, we are gonna go ahead now. Don't forget. We will have some besties bonding time the day after tomorrow." Dahyun reminded with the other girls with her.

I smiled and nodded. "Noted. See you!"

I tunr to Jungkook who has now finished packing. "Pack your stuffs now. Wait for me first, I have to go to the restroom."

I smiled at him. "Sure." I said and the same time, he walked away towards the restroom while I started to pack.

Packing my stuffs, I heard a knock on my desk making me look up to see Jimin with a smile.

"Hey Nayeon, just want to say 'thank you' for helping me today." I chuckled lightly.

"No problem. Feel free to ask help when you need it."

"By the way, are you and the guy beside your desk a couple?"

I almost choked on my.own saliva when he said those words.

What am I suppose to say?

"Uh, hehe... we aren't a couple-"

"Yet"

I then turn to the other side and found Jungkook.

"We aren't a couple, yet. She hasn't answered me." Jimin chuckled.

"Don't get too tensed. Don't you worry, I like her as a friend."Jimin looked at me with a smile.

"Well, see you guys tomorrow."He bid goodbye and walked out.

"Let's go?" I look at Jungkook and nodded. "Sure."

"Gray wants to see you some time. When will you plan to go to my house?" Jungkook asked as we arrive at the parking lot.

I smiled. "Maybe this weekend. I mighy bring Nini with me."I said as he nodded.

Just then when I realized something.

"Is Gray commuting? From what I remembered, their dismissal time is on 4:30 and it's already 5:00."

He chuckled. "He does commute now. His parents taught him so he doesn't hav eto always rely on someone to fetch him. But when I can fetch him, I do." He explained as I nodded.

"Well,"I grabbed my keys creating a sound.

"I should get going. Drive safely." I said.

"You too." Suddenly, he leaned close to me pressing his plump lips on my cheeks before looking at my eyes his face quite near mine.

"Don't talk to strangers."

Well, I had some free time today so why not update? 6 days since I last updated. Hope no one waited too long.
