Chapter 13

Nayeon's POV

"That was a good meal~" I said happily making Jimin smile.

"Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for trusting me even if we just met." He chuckled and scratched the back of his neck.

I smiled at him. "I see that you can be trusted so, why not?" He nodded.

"Well, it's time for me to go." I stood up and so did he.

"Okay then, see you around?" I smiled at him and handed him the phone.

He seems a little confused making him look at me with an eyebrow raised.

I rolled my eyes with a smile. "Let's exchange numbers. I could talk to you when I want to."

"Oh, sure." And with that, we both exchanged phones and typed our numbers on each other's contacts before separating.

I entered my car and started the engine before driving towards the house.

As soon as I arrived at my house, I spotted a very familiar car making me smile yet a little confused.

Jungkook...

But wait- why is he here so early? Does he still have work?

Also, is he inside the house? The door is slightly opened. I never even told him where the spare keys are placed.

Parking my car, I spotted Jungkook exiting the house probably knowing that I arrived.

I stepped out of the car and grabbed the groceries as he walked closer to me.

"Where have you been?" He asked. I rolled my eyes. "Isn't it obvious?"

I asked while showing him the plastic bags.

He chuckled. "Right. Let me help you." He offered and grabbed all the plastic bags and carried them inside towards the kitchen.

"How did you got inside? Wait- did you broke a window or something?!" I asked worried.

He then suddenly laughed. He out the plastic bags on the counter before turning to me.

"And why would I do that? Gary told me that Nini told him that the spare keys are inside the 'brick' where the figurine squirrel is standing on." He explained.

I frowned. Nini has such big mouth...

"I won't be surprised if you know all my secrets already." I said making him chuckle.

"Don't worry, she hasn't told me yet" he said emphasizing yet.

"Also, you are off early." I said. He must've known what I am about to ask so he spoke up.

"We had a surprise half day today. The whole floor has to be disinfected since last Sunday it wasn't disinfected and the first floor is used." I nodded.

"Glad I didn't went there." He laughed. "Did you had lunch already?"

I hummed and nodded in response. "You?" He nodded as well. "I was supposed to eat with you here but thinking you might have eaten so I ate on the way."

"How about 'Wrong Turn'?" My mouth flew open and look at Jungkook with scared eyes.

"Aniyo! Not that one! It's almost dark and we are gonna watch a horror movie?!" I exclaimed.

He smirked. "That's the point." And with that, I pouted.

Jungkook's POV

Is it just me or if you are together with someone you like or love you want to watch a horror movie and hope they'll jump out of fear in your arms?

I don't know if it's normal but I would love to embrace her in my arms while she bury her face on my chest tonight.

Hope this plan won't back fire
