Chapter 19

Nayeon's POV

It had been days since me and Nini visited Jungkook and Gray.

About what happened that day, Jungkook came home drunk making us all worried.

It was a sight. I never see him so miserable like something so bad happened to him.

Thinking about that night, I couldn't help but remember his words that exact night...

FLASHBACK

"Aish, what happened to him that made him have the mood to drown himself in alcohol?" Gray complained.

I stare down at Jungkook on his bed in a very uncomfortable position.

What happened to him?

First, he didn't bothered texting me last night, then didn't told gray where he was heading and neither did he do to me, then we will just find him drunk without a single clue?

"I'll take care of him. Um, Gray, could you drive my cousin back at my place?" I said earning a nod from the young guy.

"Ne noona. Let's go, Nini." He said and grabbed her hand while walking out.

I turn back at the now sleeping Jungkook and let out a deep sigh.

Slowly, I bent down and lean closer to his alcohol-scented face.

"You don't know how much I missed you..." I whispered under my breath and caressed his cheeks.

He looks like a cute bunny who got drowsy because of eating too much.

But what did happen to him?

I spent a few mimutes taking care of him. After that, I tucked him in the blankets and kissed his forehead as goodnight.

But as I was about to walk away, I suddenly felt his hand wrapped around my wrist making me turn to him.

He has his eyes half opened and his lips were curved upwards making me smile back at him.

"Coleen..."

That's when my smile faded. Coleen? Who is she?

"Coleen, saranghae..."

Just then, I felt my eyes started to water...

Why is this hurting me so much? It's not like i have the right to be...

Why am I feeling like I am stabbed by a sharp blade?

"Jungkook... you are drunk..." I managed to say through tears.

Just then, he stood up and come closer to me making me back away a little...

What is happening to him?

Who is Coleen?

He kept moving closer to me and I kept moving backwards til I felt the cold hard wall against my back.

Slowly, he put his hand on my cheeks and gave me a teary smile.

"Coleen... I love you infinitely... Promise to never ever leave me again..."

Slowly, his face leaned closer to mine making my heart beat fast...

This is wrong...

But why can't I move?

Without realizing, I felt his plump lips on mine while my tears kept falling.

He stayed like that for a fe wminutes then suddenly, I felt his weight on me.

He slept...

END OF FLASHBACK

I kissed with him...

But I am not the girl he thinks he kissed...

And who really is that Coleen??

When he says her name, love and longing is all I can hear on his tone...

But when he told me he likes me...

Was it a joke?

"Nayeon? Nayeon!" I snap back to reality.

"You have been lost in thoughts for a while now." I spotted Jimin sitting on Jungkook's chair which he transferred near me.

I smiled at him. "Sorry." I said and he just nodded.

"Also, I want to ask. Did you and Jungkook had a date a few days ago?" I almost choked on my own saliva after he said those words.

"N-ne?! Aniyo, we didn't. And also, we are not a couple." I said in an awkward tone.

"Eh? I was sure I spotted Jungkook hanging out with a girl. But I assumed it was you..."

I chuckled. "Maybe it's a friend of his." I said.

He was about to speak when my phone suddenly vibrated making us look at it which was on my table.

I opened it and found message from Gray.

Noona, thank you for taking care of Jungkook hyung last night

It's okay. How is he?

Gray
He already went there minutes ago

"Good morning- hey, Jimin."

I snap my head up and spotted Jungkook in a odd smile.

"Oh- hi, Jungkook! Me and Nayeon were just having some friendly talk. Now that you are here, I'll go to my table now."

Jungkook just nodded at him and sit on his chair and dragged it towards his table before giving me smile which I didn't return back.

I somehow feel angry at him... for sure he has no clue about what happened that night...

"

Are you okay?" Jungkook asked.

"Hmmm" I just hummed in response and continued on my work.

"Nayeon unnie, you are working already? It's still so early." I snap my head up and found Dahyun who seemed to just arrive.

"I'll ask for an early leave today." I said.

"Jinjja? Why?" I heard Jungkook asked.

"I just want to." I said.

"Ne? Yes sir, I'll be on my way." I heard Jimin said behind me.

I turn to him. "Where are you going?"

He smiled. "Manager-nim asked me to drop bg to his office for a while. He says he has something to tell me."

"Ah Jimin! I'll come with you, I have to pass my report already." Dahyun suddenly inserted.

Jimin nodded. "Sure, let's go."

Since it is hella early, it is still the four of us here and since Jimin and Dahyun is away for a while, me and Jungkook are the only ones here.

As soon as the door closed, in a speed of light, I just found myself facing Jungkook's pouting face.

"Are you ignoring me?" He asked.

I raised a brow. "What makes you say that?"

He pouted more. "I am not a fool who thinks you are not ignoring me. Your actions says so~!"

Cute...

Aish, why can't I handle this guy's cuteness??

"I really am not." I said and was about to turn but he held me back.

"Give me one reason to believe that or I'll kiss you"
