"Kageyama, your behavior back there was unexceptable."

Kageyama was still shaken up from y/n calling him by his last name earlier. For her to do it again only meant that she was absolutely furious with him, which she was. She had only called him by his last name one time, that was when he forgot her birthday when they were younger.

Kageyama

"Y/n, I'm sorry. I know what I did was wrong and hell I don't know if you can forgive me for that but it was with good intentions I promise."

y/n

"I know it was with the best intentions but you have to understand that every time you see him your rivalry and hatred for one another can't always come up. Especially on something that was as important as this."

Kageyama

"Yes I understand."

He held his head low from the utter embarrassment from his actions earlier and that he was being scolded again now.

y/n

"Goodnight Kageyama, text me when you get home."

Y/n walked into the front gate and into her house. She didn't even take a second glance to look at Kageyama. But the boy was at ease knowing that his best friend still cared for him by asking him to text her when he got home.

"God I feel so stupid for doing this."

It was the end of the school day and y/n was contemplating if she should return the favor from yesterday's incident. She made her way to the gym with a clear bag in her hand. She opened the gym door and right in front of her someone was towering over her.

Iwaizumi

"Uhm hello can I help you."

y/n

"Oh sorry, I was just looking for Oikawa."

Oikawa

"Oh little cutie, what are you doing here?"

Y/n turned around to see Oikawa right in front of her. She gulped out of nervousness from being in between to very tall people.

y/n

"Is it okay if I talked with you in private?"

He nodded and Oikawa closed the door of the gym to get more privacy, but his teammates tried to look through the door and windows. They eventually found that being by the vending machines, away from the gym, was the best area to talk.

"Look, I just wanted to say I'm sorry for all the trouble me and Tobio-kun brought yesterday, so here."

She held out a clear bag full of bread inside.

Oikawa

"Thank you y/n-chan, but you really didn't need to. I would much rather prefer a date instead but this works too I guess. How about this, you let me take you to get your phone fixed at the mall on Friday after school."

y/n

"No, I couldn't possibly take anything else from you."

Oikawa

"Think of it as me settling it even. You let me be able to take you on a date. And I pay to fix your phone since I do feel bad for making the situation with Tobio-kun worse yesterday."

y/n

"Fine but only to settle the score."

Oikawa

"Perfectly works for me, see you after school on Friday then?"

y/n

"Actually, can we push it to around 17:40 (5:40 pm) I know you have club and you're not gonna skip. Plus I don't want to be seen with you right after we get out, because you know you have your fangirls and all."

Oikawa

"Oh come on, but they're soooo sweet."

y/n

"Fine then guess you won't be getting that date."

Oikawa

"Wait I was just kidding, yes of course we can do it then. And I'll bring a disguise if it concerns you that much, princess."

y/n

"Sure sure whatever, see you then I guess."

She turned on her heels and sped walk towards the gate.

Hanamaki

"Well well did you find a way to get her to fall for you?"

Oikawa

"Maybe but it's too soon to say. She did give me this milk bread though."

Matsukawa

"For what?"

Oikawa

"Let's just say I did a little favor for her."
