Chapter 16

It was already morning and I was all dress up for our playdate with Nick and marry, I was super exited I think this is the first time I have been genially happy.

On the other end Daniel has been leaving me messages and I have been avoiding him by keeping my responds short and giving him excuses. I know I am going to see him tonight in the charity event but for now I just want to enjoy my time with Marry and Nick. I am still a little embarrassed of what happen, and I am trying to not spend so much time with him, if I do, it will make everything more complicated.

My thoughts were interrupted by my phone, it was a text from Marry saying that they were ready.

I quickly took my stuff and call Luis to look for them.

"This is so much fun" Nick yell from the trampoling to us.

We got here to trampling park about 2 hours ago and Marry and I are so tired it is so surprising how much energy Nick has.

"That's good hunny but you must come and eat" Marry said

"10 more minutes" nick said running to the other side.

Marry and I started laughing "You have a very energetic kid" I said

"Tell me about it, I don't know from who he got it"

"I am glad that I meet you guys, I have had more fun with you in 2 hours than I have in my whole life" I said sincere

"Me too and trust me Nick also feels the same" we both look at him playing with the other kids "he has had a ruth life" she said not meaning to say it out loud "sorry I just blurted it out"

"No, it's ok, are you guys okay?"

"We just seem to keep losing the people we love" I look at her with sadness and guilt.

You dint loss me, I'm here I so badly wanted to say

"I am so sorry" she looks at me with a sad smile

"You know you remind me of a sister I used to have"

O no did she reconice me? I was now panicking "What happen to your sister?" my voice trembles a little bit when I said that.

"Some bad people took her away from me... she had your spirit she was always smiling and taking care of everyone except herself" I dint know what to say, I felt so bad that I was causing her all this pain, but it wasn't my fault they took me away from her.

All of a sudden Nick appear still jumping even do he wasn't in the trampolines anymore.

"I am ready to eat" Nick said with a huge smile on his face.

Marry and I started laughing and I was glad for the interruption.

Nick finally got tired and we left the trampling park, Nick fell asleep in the car ride. When we finally got to their house Luis open the door for them.

"Thank you for everything Ares, we had a lot of fun"

"No, thank you I hope we can do this again" I really hope we can keep going this again.

"Me too, I will text you later" she started getting out of the car when she stops and look at me. "I know that I shouldn't be getting in your business and maybe I should not be telling you this but" she looks hesitant "Be careful with the Thompsons they maybe look very genuine people but they... just be careful" when she finish she gave me a small smile and enter her house.
