Luckily for Alice, between the 3 of them all of her materials had been picked up so when she jumped behind the 2 and quickly squeaked for them to hide her, there was no evidence of her having been there. Without even hesitating, the twins stepped together and lifted their cases so she couldn't be seen.
Not a moment later, a very frazzled and angry looking bushy haired girl came stomping down the corridor. She came to a stop in front of the boys, crossing her arms and glaring up in a very officious manner at them. "Did either of you see someone running away from here or sneaking into my compartment?"
"Can't say that we did. Did you see anyone concerned with her Gred?"
"Cant say that I did Forge. Although I could smell you a few carriages down so you may want to find out what a shower is."
Alice suppressed her giggles at their antics and watched on in amusement as she stomped her foot and huffed, marching away in anger. As soon as she was clear she broke out into a full on laugh. Both boys turned to look at her curiously.
"Now what was all that about?"
Alice shrugged innocently, "She was rude."
The boys shared a look before beginning to grin themselves. "And what did she get for such rudeness?"
Pointing to the screwdriver in Fred's hand and the stink bomb in George's hand, Alice explained. "I loosened the screws on her storage racks and placed a few stink bombs up there so when she puts her stuff on it falls on her and sets off the stink bombs."
Again the twins shared a look as Alice pulled a lollipop from nowhere and started to suck on it. They shared a discreet nod as Alice reached out and grabbed the rest of her stuff that they were holding. "My dear corruptible little first year, it's time you learnt from the pranking kings how to include magic in your pranks to make them even better."
"Oh really? You wouldn't happen to know where I could find them would you?"
Alice let out a screech as she was suddenly picked up and tossed over one of their shoulders. They both paused for a moment when they heard dramatic wailing coming from her. "My lollipopppppp." As she made grabby hands over his shoulder at her lollipop which now lay sadly on the floor.
They both just rolled their eyes at her dramatics but grinned anyway, knowing she would be a great addition to their schemes. "Now then, which compartment is your stuff in?"
"With Finnian and Cedric. But while we're on the subject of names, I strongly believe that it's bad manners to kidnap someone without knowing their name."
"You're our little first year apprentice, and that's all that we need to know."
"I prefer Alice, but each to their own."
From how they both stopped walking, Alice assumed they had reached her compartment, "Alright Diggory? We're here to steal Alice's stuff."
Alice could only assume Cedric pointed out her stuff as there was a shuffling of movement. Banging her fists on his back, Alice yelled, "Oi Fred, turn around so I can talk to someone more interesting than your back." And surprisingly he did. Alice instantly saw Finnian and Cedric watching with amused expressions while a few new people in the compartment just seemed confused. As casually as she could she addressed them all, nodding her head as a greeting. "Hiya Finny, Ced, 5 new people. I have kinda got myself in a situation so I'll see you later hopefully."
Finny responded with a casual, "Hey Alice. Meet Ernie, Zachariah, Hannah, Susan, and Justin." The boys nodded in turn as they were introduced while the girls each gave her a wave back.
