CHAPTER:16

Tzuyu's pov

It was lunchtime and I was roaming around the office, I texted Dahyun and asked her to join me but she said she is with the CS checking the contract which we will be signing later, I was looking outside when Sana came across my mind, she would probably be alone, getting bored, I ordered some food and left the office building, I saw a convenience store in front of our building, and went to buy something, it was a huge store, moving to the snack department, I grabbed some snack and was passing by when I saw medicine department, I went in and picket the ointment, I used for Sana's marks, it's still not gone and I know she would just ignore it and would rather bear the pain, I paid for all and got out of the store, it was still cloudy, taking steps I moved to the pub, I was crossing the road when I saw a woman, in a blue dress standing outside the pub,
it was Sana,

standing outside the pub, it looked like she was emerged in her thoughts standing looking all breathtaking, on my way I saw some guys standing in the corner, whispering and smirking at Sana, I crossed the road, and went to her standing before her, she flinched and took a step back, my presence startled her,
her eyes looked confused as if I landed from the sky and stood before her,
''What are you doing out here?'' I asked smiling,
''Nothing just wanted to get out'' she said, with a bow,
''did you have lunch? I have ordered some lunch for us, come on'' I said and held her forearms going inside the pub, I locked the pub from inside ''When you are alone, always lock it!'' I said,
''Those guys were...looking at you'' I said removing my coat,
''And?'' said Sana
I blinked turning to her,
''A-And- I - they were bad guys so'' I said, lifting my left hand carrying the bag full of snacks and passing it to her ''These are for you'' I said and went to the table ''Don't you have work?'' she said,
, disappointed, I was feeling, I thought she would be happy seeing me but seems like it's opposite,
''It's lunchtime, besides...if you want me to go... I will go-''
''stay'' she replied whispering
I stopped and sat back, hearing that,
''I will, I wasn't going to leave you'' I said, sitting on the chair, I turned and saw her lips curling, I smiled internally and held her hand, pulling her, she was standing beside me,
''Come'' I guided her to the seat beside me, ''Your assistant didn't come with you'' she asked grabbing my attention,
she is more interested in my assistant,
''She is working '' I simply stated somberly, when our food came, I served it on the table, Sana went to bring the plates,
maybe I was too firm before, I thought,
she came with two plates and chopsticks, ''You like Chinese food? this is Chinese you will like it'' I said serving on her plate, and we started eating, after a while, I saw Sana's face turning red even her lips and nose were red
''Sana-shi is it spicy?'' I asked and she nods, I instantly got up and brought a water bottle from the fridge and handed her ''Here dink up'' as she was drinking, small tears dropped out from her eyes, I panicked,
''A-are you okay?'' I asked sitting beside her chair, all flustered,
She gave me a nod, I remember I bought chocolate with me and went to the bag, bringing the chocolate bar, handed it to Sana,
''Eat this''
she took it and munched, I was going to get some more when I felt a slight pull by my hand, I moved my body meeting Sana's warmth, ''I am fine...really'' she said, that so sentence made me forget about earlier, and was probably lost into those brown eyes, ''Your...phone'' I heard her saying,
my phone rang, panicking, I got up and went to get my phone out from the coat, it was Dahyun, ''hello'' ''Sajagnim I am in the parking with the paper's waiting for you in the car, we will leave from here'' she told me I almost forgot about the time
''Oo nae, I am coming Dahyun-shi'' I said turning to Sana, who was looking at me,
''I have to go, I have a meeting, I will call you-'' as I said I realized she does not have a phone, shoot, I got closer to her ''finish the lunch except....this one'' I said and lifted the spicy chicken dish, going to the kitchen and throw it in the trash, I washed my hands and came back, she was eating, ''I am going, see you'' I said, she almost left her chair, standing up, when ''after I leave, lock it from inside, check both the doors, open it when the staff starts coming, Arraso?'' I said firmly and she gave me a nod,
I stepped out of the pub and turned, she was behind the glass door, locking when she looked up, I waved to her, and she gave me a bow,
I went back to the companies parking lot.

I saw Dahyun in the companies car waiting, I knocked on the window
''Ah Sajangmin'' she said putting the window down '' let's go in my car I will be driving'' I said and she got out from the driving seat nodding.
I was putting my seat belts on when I got a text

It was the guy from tomorrow, I forward the message to my lawyer and told him to sue the guy, sending the information to him.


We were on our way to the JYPE building, ''I am a fan'' I heard Dahyun saying, ''Fan?'' I asked, ''Nae I am Midzy, I am a part of Itzy's fandom'' said Dahyun, which made me chuckle, ''You are not?'' she asked me and I nod in a no, ''how come?'' she asked in disbelief, ''I never had time'' I said on which she nods ''Correct you are a C.E.O and you went to top university your childhood probably went by studying and working'' as she said it made me feel vulnerable from inside like, I have only worked my whole life, never went to parties, never been close to my classmates, I don't even go for the reunion, thinking, what will I talk about,
'remember when we discussed the date for the math test?' I sigh,
I never even had time to date anyone, Chayeoung is dating Mina unnie and Jeongyeon unnie has dated many people now she is bound to an arrange marriage whom she will be meeting soon, and here I am doing work every day, how plain my life has been only I know, but these days I feel happy and excited for some reason, after the Itaewon pub's opening I feel like living again, maybe this is what destiny is, from inside I wanted the change and now I am feeling the change,
''Sajagnim that's the building'' I snapped out of my thoughts, hearing Dahyun's voice, and got the car in the companies parking.
